If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The MOST welcoming and friendly staff. Unique woman-owned business products, and a fantastic selection of juices. But, the FOOD. Omg. The food!! Who knew? My breakfast burrito was hands down the freshest most delicious I’ve ever had.

Great spot for a coffee and breakfast sandwich (be prepared to eat with a knife and fork!). If you don’t love spicy, I’d recommend asking for no pepper flakes on the sandwich. The superfood latte I ordered was decaf which I really loved!

Little Rico's sign says juice and wellness, but their food, I think, is a signature part of this establishment. Great vegan and none vegan options. This is a come again place.

This is a dedicated gluten free restaurant but don’t think that means tasteless cardboard. The food is delicious, the staff welcoming and cheery, the décor is upbeat and the fact that it is dedicated gluten free allows me, diagnosed celiac, to relax and enjoy my lunch as did my non-celiac husband. I ordered the sweetie wrap (sweet potatoes, black beans, spinach) and husband ordered scrambled egg wrap with avocado and crema. We live 60 minutes away and will be back.

We had lunch here today and the food was amazing. My husband is celiac so we really appreciate their dedicated GF kitchen. The breakfast bowl was really tasty and the golden milk lava cake was DELICIOUS. for a GF and vegan baked good it was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Amazing spot in Hudson. Delicious food, welcoming staff and excellent range of vegan and veggie options (including fresh produce and baked goods) We ended up returning every day of our trip and can’t wait to go back :)

Little Rico’s is Hudson’s crown jewel. My top reason for being a devoted customer is the people. Anjelica and her team are kind, caring sweet and customer service focused. They make their jobs look effortless because of the smiles behind the counter and their ease in interacting with one another. Come and hang out in the cafe just for the good juju! But that’s not allll:

The food is consciously sourced and delicious with lots of Latin American inspired choices. Sweet plantains for breakfast? YES please, and don’t forget my oat milk latte. The smoothies are amazing, my fave is the coffee date smoothie, and there are lots of other good options. Olive oil chocolate chip cookies. Swoon.

The cafe also features a well thought out retail section with all kinds of yummy and interesting, high quality products.

This place is so cute!! It has such great food options for all kinds of dietary needs, including vegan and gluten free. I love the small market options they have available too - was fun to peruse as I waited for my food. Highly recommend getting a bite here!

I was just visiting Hudson for a few days and came across this little gem. I got the Verde smoothie one day and the Earthberry smoothie on another day. They were both really good!! If I were staying longer I would be back daily for a healthy treat. I didn’t get a chance to try any of the juices or the bowls, but they look and sound pretty good too.

Amazing addition to Hudson! This shop radiates positivity and good vibes and you can spot it from a mile away from their pink chairs outside! The fall zinger juice was to die for I cannot recommend this place enough!

Best juice in the region, and looove the food. Chickpea guisado with a fried egg, incredible meal (with plenty for leftovers too). Great staff and cute home goods too

SO GOOD. I had the beet root latte and a la carte scrambled eggs, beans and plantains- all delicious! My boyfriend had the sonia sandwich and it was the perfect combination of flavors. The staff was great. We’re in town for a wedding and plan to stop back here for another meal before we leave!

The gluten-free breakfast sandwich was lovely and hearty, and what a treat to get gluten-free BRIOCHE. Personally I'd want a more flavorful cheese on that sandwich, kinda disappeared into the other flavors, but it was still really good, especially with the avocado spread. Lots of good vegan options for those wanting or needing them. The gluten free lemon cake was delicious too. The ambiance is warm and friendly and felt very queer-friendly, with a beautiful color palette. The staff is SO friendly and helpful and made it such a pleasure to be there. And what a treat to be able to get a gf breakfast sandwich at 2:30pm! Will definitely go back.

Little Rico was delightful. The staff was very kind and community emanated from its doors. I had the Spicy Island and my friend had the Earth Berry smoothie. Also has small, yet thoughtfully curated retail selection. 10/10 would recommend!

WOW! The best food in Hudson 100%. Nourishing, delicious plant based food that makes me feel my best. Also a great selection of grocery and home items to fit all your wellness needs. I don't know what I would do without Little Ricos as a local Hudson person.

Coffee smoothie always hits pairing perfectly with the olive oil chocolate chip cookie 🤤but most recently a friend turned me onto the immunity boost. Staff is always incredibly kind.

A special spot for lovingly prepared, nourishing dishes that meet the needs of different diets. You can come here with your veg friend, or your bacon friend! The quality of the food is excellent and I also enjoy the spices and flavor combos. The Norma and the Sonia are YUMMY! The juice is fresh and tasty too. Just so nice to have a local place like this. It’s fun to check out their wall of gift items, too~ lots of creative, eco-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing things to choose from!

Cutest shop with great outdoor seating. Enjoyed my juice (love that it comes in a glass jar you can return) as well as my smoothie! Both items tasted fresh and healthy - but super delicious. Service was great as well, placed my online order and received a text as soon as it was ready.
