Very friendly staff & knowledgeable. People need to understand that this PO hasn't gotten any bigger since it was built in the 60's yet Englewood has grown tremendously. The clerk's inside are extremely busy yet patient considering how much volume it does on a daily basis. And also remember, they can't move at warp speed even if they wanted to or so many mistakes would be made that nothing would ever get to it's destination. They also work 12 to 14 hour days. Coming in at 3am to unload trucks and working up front until 3pm or 5pm before being able to go home just to get up & do it all again the next day. How many of you could handle that at 50 or 60 yrs old & still be quick & chipper by the time noon rolls around? Yeah, I believe they handle themselves extremely well. Most folks would be a sniveling ball curled up in the corner before quitting time. Just have some patience & don't be grumpy. Things will go much smoother & you won't get your blood pressure up! Use this location for ALL our postal needs, instead of going south. VERY convenient, easy assess (thank you for the larger parking lot) and the staff is great; informative and will take time to answer questions. It's a highly used post office. Maybe more staff and a larger service counter area would be nice, but that has nothing to do with the staff doing their job, WELL DONE! The 5 stars!

Ok since I left a negative review before it is only fair I change when service has been much more positive lately. And thank you for helping hubby out with package delivered to post office I meant to send to house instead as ot was a pool ladder.

I've been to this post office recently with a handful of issues that I needed resolved. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! They also find the easiest and cheapest solution for me.

I have always had excellent, friendly and professional service at this post office. I’ve used it for many years.

Pleasent people but for some reason if you don't get things scanned they disappear for days then reappear.

Knowledgeable and friendly clerks. Can get a little harried when busy but then I believe everyone does.

Staff is always friendly and gets me in and out.
