Dunkin'

I've never had a big issue here. If something wasn't right, they gladly fixed it. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant itself is very nice. It's always decorated for the current season/holiday, which I absolutely love. We used to be regular Starbucks drinkers, but haven't been there since Dunkin opened.

I typically only use the drive-thru, but everything is always relatively quick! When I did go inside the restrooms were clean and the seating was clean. Staff is very nice.

This location, like many fast food locations has been undergoing staffing issues. There are times when the lobby is closed and you have to go through the drive-thru which is quite irritating. However when they are fully staffed it runs flawlessly. Great customer service clean store good food.

love the coffee here. much cheaper than starbucks and tastes way better too. i also love the everything bagel minis and the bacon 😋 the employees are usually nice too.

Friendly and professional staff!! I recommend this Englewood Store. Always decorated and clean! Never had a huge problem ordering online or inperson. They will Happily correct any mistakes. I come almost daily and my drinks are consistently well made. Thanks Ladies!!!

They had all the donuts I ordered. I ordered online and picked up at the drive through. Donuts were fresh and the iced carmel mocha coffee was good.

Staff member who assisted me was very sweet. Strawberry coolatta is soooo good! Donut holes have always been fresh when I get them. ❤ my Englewood Dunkin!

They are quick and friendly here! I especially loved getting a sweet Happy Mother's Day message on my donut box today! Made my day a little bit brighter!

My husband and I stopped in on our way cross country from Maryland. We actually planned for Starbucks, but it was so crowded that I did a generic "coffee" search and the nearby Dunkin' popped up. Since they're not as common out here, we didn't even think to look for one.

Anyway...GREAT store! The decorations really step it up from the Dunkin' locations at home. Staff were all friendly and patient as my road-addled brain struggled to decide what form I wanted my much-needed caffeine to take.

Bathrooms were spectacular. The drinks were exactly as ordered and on the better end of typical Dunkin' taste range. And you can't go wrong with an afternoon doughnut.

I never bother reviewing chains like this, but this location gave us such a great experience during a long day of driving that I had to say THANK YOU!

One of the best Dunkin’s in the area always fast and friendly

Just came in for my regular order, and I'm typing this in my car in the parking lot because I absolutely have to get this out now. The current staff and management is absolutely top tier, they were completely slammed in there today and even with the drive thru down for repairs they managed to get everything right and keep everyone happy.

Fresh, hot, and fast! My coffee was delicious and my sandwich and bacon were hot and fresh.

dunkin in general is always a hit or miss, I can order the same drink everyday for a week and each day will taste different. today I stepped out and got something new which I always regret. my coffee was separating- it looks awful. It was free bc of my points, and I was sad I didn't get my coffee fix today- and on top of it it tasted like mint? not sure how that happen when I ordered mocha. I like the new manger too.

Used the drive through! First time at Dunkin it was a great experience.

Very happy with this Dunkin, I read some of the negative reviews before posting, kinda petty in my opinion. They are busy when I’ve gone but always serviced quickly. The donuts are excellent, I can see Tim Horton going out of business next door soon. I never see cars there and Dunkin has lines and full parking lot.
