Publix Pharmacy at South Walton

We needed a couple of Rx’s transferred from SC and the pharmacist was very pleasant and professional and called back when the phone number didn’t work. They got the transfers and sent us txt msg when prescriptions were ready. She and the other staff were great. I may change pharmacies to Publix from Walgreens in the future.

This is the best pharmacies in the area. The pharmacists are always so helpful and the techs are friendly and efficient. They are extremely busy, but I've never had a problem getting my Rx. Thanks for being here.

The staff here is amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable about stuff in the store. Very clean and well organized.

Out of town and forgot a prescription 6 hours north. Wasn’t even my pharmacy chain and they got me fixed up on a busy day! Thank you guys!

The lady checking people out wasn’t particularly nice or helpful. When I asked about GoodRx pricing she said I can do that on my own time and the pricing on my prescriptions looked good. Then rang me up without allowing me to check the prices. Ended up costing me close to $20 more than it should have. Shame on me for not pushing back and shame on her for not allowing the time to do so. There was no one in line behind me. That’s the last time that happens a to me there.

They need a manager because whoever the pharmacist was that closed on 1/3/24 is not up to the challenge. The employees are rude, lazy and disrespectful, and he didn't seem to care.

This pharmacy is terrible. Understaffed with a rude pharmacist. I was promised prescriptions in three hours only to show up to find they hadn’t even begun to fill them. They asked me to wait “at least another hour”. When I pointed out that they should have called to tell me of the delay ad save me the trip, the response was that they are just too busy.

Terrible. Worst pharmacy on the gulf coast.

Rude.
