AT&T Store

I throughly enjoyed my experience here… You can tell the employees really care to help you with whatever your needs are. They are so kind and helpful and overall have a welcoming and positive attitude with everyone who comes through those doors. They don't just treat you as any other costumer but make your experience individual to you and your needs. It felt personal and I got what I came for and left with no questions about anything or any doubts that the people here go above and beyond!!

Tried to resolve an issue in the Canton store, just left pissed off and unsatisfied. Visited the Cuyahoga Falls store and Traci the manager was amazing! She was so empathetic and handled my issues in 30 minutes! I will only visit this store from here on out.

Excellent experience here. We were in/out quickly with a new phone and even received some help with lowering our bill.

We have had at&t for years and love the simplicity of it all. Our bill is easy to read and never changes. All of the employees go above and beyond to help us and make the experience enjoyable and not stressful. We had Brady this time, and he was quick and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about how great this store has always been. Great job, guys! Thank you so much!

Ray and Traci did a phenomenal job at helping me switch from my previous wireless carrier. Ray stayed late to make sure that both my devices were working properly before I left.

Traci helped make sure that I was able to get the perfect plan that fit my needs without trying to oversell me on products that I wouldn’t l use.

I was having problems getting a new plan w/ phones set up online, so I have to come into the store on my way home from work. Just want to give a shout out to Norm for not only being super patient but making the experience. He was really nice, helpful, and held good conversation. We had to jump through a couple hoops and yet he still had a good attitude and I walked out the store happy.

Mr. Bruce was wonderful, friendly and patient with the issues I was having with my phone. I had an awesome experience and would recommend this service for any and every one.

Richard was my salesperson and I walked in looking for a new iPhone. After talking to Richard for a few minutes he showed me the iwatches and I decided to get one. I’m so pleased with my new toy! Richard was so helpful and explained everything to me.

My husband and I went to the AT&T store to combine phone accounts. We had the pleasure of working with Bruce. This guy is amazing, fantastic, great, competent, thorough, brilliant...did I mention awesome at his job? Bruce also has a fantastic personality. We will be switching over to Direct Stream because of Bruce once our other streaming service contract has expired. A++++ service from Bruce at AT&T.

Went to get new phones for my wife and I. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the phone, accessories and avaliable deals with each phone. He changed over all of the our information from our old phones and when we left our phones were all set-up and we understood how to use the phones and where to access the phone's features.
Nice, stress free experience

Mikey was friendly from the moment of stepping through the door. He got everything switched over from my old iPhone to my new with patience. He also put on my screen protector. Looks excellent. Answered a few questions I had , and remained professional, and friendly until the end of the customer service time . Thank you !

10/10 experience! Ray knew the products and made the transfer of data from my old phone to the new one a breeze. If you need something done quickly and correct, stop by the Howe Ave. AT&T and ask for Ray.

They were super nice and very helpful! So much better than an actual Apple Store! Since Apple refused to help me, AT&T did everything to help me and was very nice the whole time!

Rey was really helpful in solving the sim transfer problem. Since, this is the store review it's 5/5.

Although they should have better access to the higher management, he was going through the same hoops as I had gone a few days back over the customer service. Ultimately it was solved.
