I came here today with my two kids to buy a paper shredder and filing cabinet and some pens for my kiddos. Two different employees helped me, and they were both awesome! I don't know the first person's name because I didn't see his name tag, but he was very kind and helpful and even helped bring my items to my car without me even asking. The second person was our cashier and her name tag said Leslie. In addition to be really helpful and professional, she was also like really genuinely kind! Sometimes you can just tell when a person is exceptionally kind and she was absolutely exceptionally kind! She was even making my kids giggle. I gotta say I just came here to buy some office stuff and interacted with two really awesome people that made my day 🙂

At the risk of hyperbole, Staples is a religious experience for me. The stores are always so well-organized and clean - and they smell, somehow, of learning. This Staples is no exception. In fact, this is one of the nicest staples I have visited. It is well-stocked, immaculate, and the associates are friendly and helpful. While I normally make a Staples run for paper and office supplies, every so often I need to make a larger purchase. On this occasion, my partner and I, who work partly from home, needed a new office chair and plastic chair mats to protect our floors. With a bigger purchase like this, it was nice to have a store associate help answer our questions and find what we needed. André not only assisted us in this manner, but his positive attitude and warm personality made my experience all the more profound. I wish I could remember the gentleman that helped us load the chair into our car - sorry - but he was also helpful and friendly. The combination of a well-kept store and exceptional employees reflects positively on the store management, and I hope André is recognized for his work. Thanks for the great experience - I'll be sure to frequent this store whenever I need more paper, Dixon Ticonderoga pencils, or other office supplies. We also saw a really nice looking desk... hmmmm... I might have to come back for it.

Had a really nice experience while trying to find a new office chair. They had discontinued the one I was planning to buy, but a very nice employee helped me find a suitable replacement. He was very knowledgeable and asked questions about how I was going to use it and for how long a period of time I would be sitting in it. I never even thought of such things, but certain chairs are better than others for certain lengths of time. Very pleased!

Easy shopping, was quickly helped find the kind of printer I needed. And was given good advice as to which specific printer was best for me. Then a $10 discount on the cartridge because it was out of stock.

I ordered a banner to be printed and picked up at the Howe Ave., Akron OH location. Their printer went down but they worked hard to make sure I was able to pick it up at another location. When. I got to that lo ation they already had it finished! Great teamwork and customer service!

I went there to buy business cards and the assistance I received was good. My first cards I ordered had to be outsourced, but my second business cards were ready the next day.

Staples is a really great office supply store. Between computers, printers, every kind of paper products you can imagine, some computer parts (like RAM) and a great print center that also does laminating, this is truly one stop shopping.
