Service today was efficient and quick, which isn't always the case when ordering at the walk up window.

Coffees and drinks are flavorful, and there are so many options to add in flavors, you can make just about anything you fancy. I recommend the soft top, creamy and sweet, and adds more flavor to the drink than just whipped cream.

Always friendly. Little bit of a wait due to being busy. You like strong coffee get the 911.

I've been to this location 100s of times for my undying coffee addiction. Tonight was just a little different. Ordering was a breeze, got up to the window quickly even though it was super busy. I had my son with me. Was just about to get my drinks, and my son asked where are all the smoke was coming from.... I immediately knew. It was my car. All of a sudden a loud "POP" and then sizzles came from under the hood. I alerted the drive thru staff of the situation and almost panicked when they said they would help push. The manager Stacey instructed me to put the car in neutral and several employees came out to help steer it into a safe place. She was so apologetic and sweet and knew exactly what to do in crisis. She kept her cool and offered to get me some water and a muffin top on the house. I was overcome with emotion when she asked if I wanted a hug which was very much needed. I applaud the staff at Dutch Bros in Sherman because their service extends beyond coffee and muffin tops. I really hope the corporate office sees this and is able not only to reward her and the staff working that night(11/18/2023, 6pm), but to set the bar high for future customers. I will most definitely continue to come here as long as Dutch Bros Sherman location is here.

The broistas are awesome, always cheery and friendly! Drinks are made consistently between shifts/visits. Great selection of drinks!

I recently gave my business to this Dutch Bros. I ordered a merry mischief rebel but realized I didn't have my wallet on me. Upon realizing this we started taking enemy fire from the Starbucks across the street. I hit the deck and started using the building for cover. The manager Stacey immediately lept into action and provided suppressive fire in order for us all to get our drinks in an orderly/timely manner. This Dutch Bros will always have my respect.

By far the most inviting staff ever! The girl who took my order the other day helped me decide what to get so fast just by telling her what flavors I liked! Her name was Bailey. She made the whole experience honestly, she was welcoming, extremely helpful, and very kind! Not to mention, her drink recommendation was perfect. Will for sure be back a lot.

I love going here to get my coffee fix in the am, or if you want something else they have lemonade, tea, shakes and smoothies as well. Best coffee hands down.

Great customer service! The drive thru line might seem long but they have the system down, so you’re not waiting very long at all. The cold brew was delicious. They offer 16, 24, 32 Oz. I went with the 24oz. We also tried one of their energy drinks with sugar free options.

I went to get me a strawberry smoothie and they where out of strawberry and one of the girls said she could make me another different kind of smoothie and if I didn't like it she would give me a refund so I was like let's try it , she made me Is a mixture of pomegranate and green apple and it delicious 😋 shout out to that girl who made my day after that and shout out to dutch bros it so good you will always have a customer for life.

I have only had the smoothies, but have heard the coffee drinks are wonderful as well. I would recommend having any frozen drinks double blended. Mango Strawberry is my favorite!

Just came through the drive thru to try the eclipse lemonade. Loved it. Absolutely loved the guy taking my order. His name is Anthony. Or Ant for short. Absolute sweetheart. Delicious drink and amazing service. 10/10. Third time at this location yet to be let down. Which is so doubtful.

Love the selection of drinks. All the different rebel energy flavors are fun. Employees are always super nice and fast

Crazy busy location but now I understand why. The girls here were so bubbly and happy it was amazing. The drink was sooo delicious and exactly how I hoped it would taste. Just had to enroll in the rewards system because I KNOW I'll be back. ❤

The staff have always been very friendly. Anytime I have stopped by there and they are busy they have always a employee out there taking orders. That really helps speed the lines up. Every drink I have tried from there has been excellent!

Move over *bucks, my favorite drink stop has gotten you beat. With a wide, and I mean WIDE variety of drinks and options to choose from, they are sure to have something you like, even if you choose the ingredients yourself! Customer service is always top notch, for me, and they are all nice as can be. In good moods and doing great work.

My friend and go their so often for their lemonade and coffee. Their personalities are so out-there and eccentric, it made our day!!

We loved it. The line moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was delightful and seemed to be happy and upbeat. Our drinks where perfect and refreshing!

This place is better than their competitors, great hot or cold. Carmel hot chocolate..join their club for specials on their app.

Came through on April 25 at 8:35 the people that helped me were blessings in disguise, top service 10/10 would come again.
