The guy that helped was really above and beyond with customer service. Not sure what his name was but he was pretty awesome. Me and my mom both got new phones and we both forgot our account passwords for our old phones and he helped us recover them. I was really grateful for him and this place. I'm loving my new phone so far and my amazing pink glittery phone case.

I was helped by Brandon and Genesis. I came in with my phone to switch from another carrier to cricket. They were fast and efficient, although they were experiencing some computer problems. They told me this up front and set my expectations, however my transaction processed without a glitch.

These two appeared to make a great store team and help each other with questions. The store was neat and clean. If you need a Cricket store I recommend the Keizer store.

Had an issue getting my phone number ported from AT&T...... brought the phone into the store. The guy that was working, Ross, was able to help me and get my number ported and my phone up and running! Thanks, Ross for your great customer service and tech skills! Give that guy a raise!!!!!!
