Came in close to closing time in need of new runners. Richie was particularly friendly and helpful in my selection of shoes and I already feel so much relief in my arches and toe box. The other workers are just as awesome, but a special shout out to Richie! Thanks and good luck man!

I only interacted with 2 employees. Rosie greeted me at the door and asked if I needed help. Apparently she radioed Nicole, bc by the time I walked to the cleats, Nicole had MULTIPLE options waiting in the size I needed. These ladies were awesome!!

My wife and I went in to look for a squat rack and a 300 lb olympic weight set. Gator came to our assistance and gave us valuable information on the different racks they just got in from the truck. He also grabbed us a cart and loaded everything for us to the cashier. We have a small car and had to take all the pieces out of the box to fit in our car. He helped with everything without hesitation. To top it off, it was raining today too. Excellent customer service! 🙏

I love this place. It has everything. The prices are high at first glace but the quality is much better than bargain stores. The employees here are on point. There's always someone that asks me if I need help and most of the time I do! These days you don't find that often.

I just wanted to say, the employee's are amazing! Thank you for helping a frazzled Mom out instead of letting me buy the wrong product! Roc went above and beyond. I left feeling confident and informed about the product he, not only showed me, but helped put it on me while I was holding my baby! I will definitely be back for future products!

Did some online shopping and this location made it super easy to pick my order and had me on my way in minutes. The store manager and staff were super helpful and courteous both times I've been in now. Thanks for providing a great experience as I will definitely be back.

Nice sales people. I made a suggestion for them to use their North Pole mailbox for children and grandchildren to use for their Santa wishlist. It would lighten things up and build a good customer base. I sure hope they do it. Merry Christmas!

Gator was very helpful and went the extra mile to help my daughter find running shoes. After an hour of searching for colors, trying on shoes, and test running in the treadmill.... Finally found a great pair! THANK YOU GATOR!
