Mark was super helpful for me today. I was dealing with a bad battery. Mark tested it, answered my questions, explained the situation to me, explained the options for a replacement battery, changed out the battery, and made a recommendation to buy additional anti-corrosive discs to provide additional protection for the terminals of the new battery. He was friendly and did a great job!

One of the best autozones I’ve been to. The manager was very helpful and with how busy they were got me in and out in a timely manner. I will be making this my autozone of choice even if I have to drive past a few others to get there.

In a bit of misfortune I've wound up here quite a few times recently, and the employees are always prompt in greeting me and addressing my issues.

So I have been here twice, once for a headlight bulb and once tonight for coolant. Both times I had different people wait on me but great experiences. They were so helpful and both times. I will definitely be coming back.

I was referred by my daughter she was right! The salesman Chuck explained everything that I needed to know before making any decisions to fix the problem...very professional and pleasant I believe an asset to Auto Zone. Mark was ery knowledgeable, friendly and did not hesitate to ask if I wanted the battery installed for free.

My goal that evening was to purchase brakes and rotors for my Mazda CX30. While I left the store without making a purchase that night, I was armed with information which led to a better informed decision. Later that week I made my purchase. Drake and Steve were great! No pressure, no condescending attitude, just great customer service. When I returned a few days later, I received friendly customer service with genuine smiles from other employees who worked there. Will definitely ship there again!

Check engine light came on briefly while traveling. Took our car to this AutoZone on the way. They immediately came out and performed a free diagnostic, finding nothing. They were extremely helpful, attentive, all with a great attitude and didn't try to talk us into any purchases. Got a good vibe and would feel confident bringing in our car here anytime.

Worked with Chuck who was awesome, very personable and knew his products. He tested a battery that I brought in and hooked me up with an appropriate replacement. He also went over all of the warranty info with me, and educated me about how the batteries are built and how they can fail. A+

This store is amazing. Had to stop on the way home from a trip to philly, we live about and hour from souderton. It was already a long day, and we lost the cap to our power steering fluid reservoir, and didn’t have much to get it. They helped out beyond my expectations. 10/10 recommend.
