Brandon and Jimmy on the commercial side was the best thing to happen to this store. Between them both the knowledge of parts is second to none. I've been in the industry for over 30 yrs and I can only count on one hand how many top notch experienced guys in parts there are. These two are on that hand. Always above and beyond. They both need a hellacious raise.

As much as I don’t like paying a lot of money to fix my vehicle, I’m almost always comforted when dealing with an Autozone employee !?
Today was no exception. Our Malibu needed a new battery & I didn’t realize that it needed an AGM type…& that they were so expensive !?!
But, it is what it is to keep them running !!

Lost my gas cap went to AutoZone they looked up my vehicle, bought 12.00 gas cap and was gone within 10 mins

On yesterday, I was very pleased with the service Winston B provided to me at the store. He assisted me by providing his professional expertise in picking out the most cost efficient and reliable items to keep the RAV4 on the road. Great customer service and skilled at handling installation of battery, wipers, and filters!!

I purchased a battery and have a hurt hand so the guy installed it for me.

I was having a day from hell, my car would not start I got a boost and went straight to AutoZone. I was in a frenzy and the cashier calmed me down and help me through the whole process. Her kindness and professionalism meant everything to me. I wanted to speak to her manager to let them know what a wonderful job she has done and she went beyond her job. thank you AutoZone for hiring great people her name is Cyannah!! The guy with the 3 braids was very helpful and even out my new batteries in both of my key fobs for me as I never would’ve gotten it open on my own! Thanks again sir!

Re-review... Recently spent $80 on spark plug which there was a warranty at purchase because they asked for my telephone number for the warranty.... Had a problem with one of the spark plugs and or wires and that there's no warranty on the spark plug that if I have a bad one I would have to buy it again but take all the wires off if there's one faulty one... Don't know if the spark plugs changed but I have plenty of times return spark plugs within warranty...
Always make sure when you're buying parts... Acquire about the warranty...

Gained my business last week, & lost it this week...I don't know who was closing on August 8, 2021 at 7:55P.M., but he definitely needs to be addressed about his attitude towards customers....& the fact that another employee (in plain clothes) & another customer were in there joking & laughing, clearly shows that they don't need nor care about bringing in more customers.......UPDATE(2023) Started back shopping here, seems like a staff change has happened, & everything is ALOT more pleasant..very patient & kind staff now..they've regained my business

Needed a new battery. Came to the store with my parents, purchased the battery and one employee had started to try to remove the old battery. My parents left to go to other commitments. After about 20-30 minutes of trying to remove the connector due to the terrible corrosion, the employee gave up and opted for me to apply corrosion spray every few minutes for the next hour. So I did. After about 45 minutes of being with a dead car in this cold weather, another employee Alex checked on me and decided to give it a try. He used every tool he had to pry the connector off of the corrosion and stood in the cold with me for another hour, working hard to make sure I wouldn’t be stranded. He finally got it off and cut the old corroded connector to apply a new one and replaced my battery. Thank you Alex for helping me not be stranded tonight. It is much appreciated!

Bowl for 4 hour and then played some pool, off cause I was the winner. It felt so good just to get out for a chance , we went early😩 before it got crowded. I purchased windshield wiper blades from here. I found what I needed quickly and there wasn't a line at checkout. The gentleman that checked me out even put it on for me.

The sales rep was eager to help with my check engine light. Printed out the codes and told me where I could get the parts from because Autozone doesn’t stock it.

I like this stores layout it was easy to find what I was looking for and the staff is very knowledgeable about what I wanted even though I couldn’t explain very well what I needed. Hands down one of the best stores.

Terrific customer service from staff. Went in for wipers, came out with more items than just wipers. Adam and Barbara are very knowledgeable. They need awarded for their hospitality.

Love this location. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service above par. Needed a new headlight and Jocelyn offered to install it. Which I was surprised because I didn’t know that AutoZone does that. It was a little difficult to install but without hesitation she finished the installation. Saved me money instead of going to the mechanic. Recommend this autozone!
