Off the Bottle Refill Shop

Fantastic shop!! Great and affordable prices for bulk products and a friendly interior make this a shop to go back to again and again! Love the reusable mesh and canvas bags for sale and the reusable towels, pads and dish cleaners! Also has a lovely selection of safety razors in a variety of colors.

First time visiting and this shop, as well as Monique’s assistance, was everything and more! It felt like walking into a Target - came in for one thing but ooh’d and ahh’d over so many items. I came in specifically for laundry detergent and settled on the dinobi lavender, smells divine.

Smells beautiful, great products. Their skin care line and cosmetic products have better ingredients than the other refill/zero waste stores in Denver. The people that work there are super friendly. They offer reusable jars that people can take if they forget their own.

Awesome shop with tons of sustainable bath, body and home products. Staff has a lot of expertise to help you find products that work for you. Great place to find gifts!

They have wonderful laundry detergent ("hush" is the scent I love). I also buy their dishwashing liquid. The products smell heavenly and do a great job of cleaning. I love the whole concept of refilling bottles. The gentleman who waited on us today is so kind and helpful. It's a delight just shopping here: the store is lovely and the whole place smells amazing!

Off the Bottle has sustainable and zero waste alternative in the heart of Denver! Bring in your own bottles/jars/containers and they will fill you up on the spot! Laundry, skincare, cleaning— you name it!

My husband and I have been waiting to go here since we saw their booth at Denver Pride and this place was everything we were hoping for and more!! Emma was incredibly helpful and kind and truly made our experience one to remember. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will absolutely be back!

Great variety and quality of material with access to specialty recycling that includes plastic cards (the gift card kind), jars, and corks. Love it. Great for gifts and stocking up.

I live relatively close to hear and thank GOODNESS! This store is doing a great job supporting sustainability. They have a wide variety of products that are reasonably priced. They also offer donated jars to put products in. Bonus: everybody is super helpful and kind. 10/10 (or 5/5 for Google).

Awesome store my mom loves their amazing products. However, we have never been treated so poorly by a store employee. The older woman with longer hair was so rude cutting us off talking, being quite nasty for no reason. I couldn’t believe how this lady was responding to my moms excitement and questions on a couple items in the store. I was honestly blown away by how unprofessional she was being to us. Definitely will not be coming back here we spent $150, love supporting local small business but being treated like that is unacceptable. My mom has shopped here before and the owner and other staff have always been great.

This shop is incredible! Everything they sale is refillable and you can bring your own containers, mason jars, laundry soap, plastic bottles it doesn't matter they will fill it. The shop smells great and most of the things they sell come from local farms. The customer service was great and we really love our candles and soap

I stumbled upon this store recently & I’m so glad I did. If you are trying to live sustainably, this store is for you. For a small space, they have almost anything you could want for the home & body and at reasonable prices too! I’ll be a loyal customer for as long as I live here

What an amazing shopping experience! The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. I picked up a moisturizing makeup remover lotion and it works great! My skin feel so soft after and all my make up was removed even my eyeliner and mascara! 10/10 recommend checking this unique store out!

Been here a couple of times and I plan to get all my soap, cleaner, etc from here on out.
Reasonable and transparent prices (they just fill up the bottle in front of you and you pay by weight or volume). Vibe's cool. Owner is personable and easy to work with.

They told us our detergent (Earth Breeze sheets) contain plastics. We had no idea! Got some detergent from them that is plastic-free and not too expensive. Very happy.

What an awesome place and exactly what the cap hill needed! Affordable prices, low waste and accessible to so many people! My partner and I had a great experience and the owner went above and beyond; was patient with our questions and even recommended some of their favorite spots for our upcoming trip to California. So looking forward to being back!

This place has free glass containers and take drop offs that you no longer need too! It’s awesome! I got fun compostable tissues and bandaids. They have fun nature themed pins and tons of eco friendly stuff
