Mary was great! We stayed over closing time and the staff was wonderful. I’ll be back to this location to shop.

I went to this location other day, and I noticed this one worker that really made my day. His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day full of frowns.

Extra fabulous today!! I was met at the door by I believe the mgr or assistant mgr, asked if I needed help. Then she checked me out, asking did you find everything and will you be using your Old Navy card as she saw my coupon (a card member coupon) i said no, my daughter has a card and this came to our house. She then explained and showed me how much I would save by having my own card...Bingo saved more thank 50%... serious cash!! Then she preceeded to tell me about up coming sales events to look for. She was such a delight!! Thank you

This Old Navy is one of the cleanest and well stocked in Saint Louis. I usually go to the one in Sunset Hills but they are out of everything and the store always looks messy. This store was immaculate and I found a ton of items there I did not see at the other stores. This is where I will go from now on!

Duncan was super sweet and helpful.. your other worker.. not sure of his name but he was working the floor.. I needed help finding jeans for my son and he was helpful with telling me the sizes transitioning from kids to men! This store was the friendliest old navy I’ve ever visited

The store was clean, employees asked me if I needed assistance, but never hovered around. I initially came in to make a return (which was very simple). I managed to find the pants I was looking for and my wife found some shirts and childrens clothes. I also witnessed employees using proper safety and sanitary practices. It was a great shopping trip.

I'm so happy this location opened on Manchester! They were more than happy to help out with a weird exchange, and I love not having to drive 20 mins to get to my favorite jeans and t-shirts 😁

Employees were very helpful. I was able to open an account with Old Navy to dave 50% plus another 20%.
