Employee Natalie is the best! She took care of problem I encountered. She sold me 4 new products and she explained the billing when I received my first monthly bill. She was patient and offered suggestions. She understands the products and the billing and puts one's mind at ease. Super employee!

Had a terrific experience. Helped me salvage my current phone for a little while longer. Went above and beyond!!

Natalie helped us with purchasing and setting up our new phones today. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and very funny! Will definitely be requesting her for all of our future purchases and issues.

I walked in and I was met by Jordon. He went above and beyond his expectations to help me out. I came in to upgrade my phone. He made the transaction smooth and was very friendly. My old phone that I needed to transfer everything over to my new phone was not charging properly and was completely dead. He troubleshooted the problem and got my old phone to turn on. He even let me use three charger while I was trying to transfer data onto to my new phone. He also came by once and a while to check on me to see how I was doing (while he was busy with another client)

We need more Jordon’s in this world.

I went in New Year's Eve about an hour before closing and Andrew assisted me in upgrading my phone. The process of getting a new phone and processing the transaction was quick and painless. Andrew was knowledgeable and efficient. This is the 3rd phone that I have purchased here from over the years and always have found this location the best.

Guy was super nice and took care of us right away. Made sure everything was correct when my phone was done transferring.
This was the only carrier that took my cracked phone and gave me money off on the new 13 pro max.
Lines are cheap and the deals are amazing.

The team at this store is simply amazing. I have gone to them multiple times with various concerns ranging from bill issues to upgrades and protection for devices, not once was I disappointed. They were all extremely helpful in all my endeavours and took care of my needs in a timely fashion. Many thanks to them for all their hard work and for making me and my family feel that we are in good hands whenever we require assistance.

I have nothing but an amazing experience at the Carlisle location. They always exceed my expectations for customer service. The staff is beyond helpful and Ray always makes sure he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. This will always be my go to location!

I never thought I'd give 5 stars to a cell phone store (of any type). If you see my other reviews, I tend to be pretty positive, but partly because I hear my mother saying, "If you don't have anything nice or useful to say, don't say anything at all." Griping just isn't my thing, so I'm more likely to avoid reviewing a mediocre experience. But I never expected to be happy after a Cell shop! It's usually like the stereotypical DMV! Long wait times, feel harassed by employees for not having all the necessary info, rushing through piles of paperwork, and in the end, just happy to be leaving with the one thing you came in for. But my experience here was almost the exact opposite! Verizon Rep Josh G was extremely helpful, patient with all explanations and walking me through the paperwork. He also found me the best possible deal (that I've seen in nearly 20 years of cell phone purchases) and talked about the accessories for which I asked without any shady sales tactics that would have me walking out with more than I needed or wanted. It did take a bit of time, but NOT ONCE did I wish I had simply opted for an online transaction (upgrading a phone)!

The store is clean, organized, and practices social distancing. The associates are friendly, professional, and efficient. Scott, the associate who assisted me in choosing the correct phone for my specifications, made the process practically painless. I highly recommend this location.

I've never been to this location prior to today, and it was my best Verizon experience so far. I got in quickly, COVID protocols were followed, and Megan was an absolute delight. She provided good solutions, she made me feel comfortable, and she did it all with an upbeat attitude.

This location is the BEST Verizon Corporate Store. All were friendly, helpful, respectful, KIND. Highly recommend this Store for all your Verizon needs, new phone, hot spot, accessories. Clean. Great music playing. Smiling staff who will do their best for you. Stress free experience.

The manager and his staff went above and beyond, to try to get my phone to activate for prepaid Verizon. The customer service is really the best I've had in a long time. Thank you again for all you did for me, it was really appreciated as I was so frustrated for three days not being able to use my phone, until I tried what the manager told me to do and it worked, I got my phone activated!! It was such a relief.

Wonderful customer service. The staff is very freindly, respectful, and helpful. And even during this pandemic they try to be as accommodating as possible while still keeping the safety of their staff and customers a major priority.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness in this store. I've made the regrettable choice of going to a Verizon "named" store in the past. Never again! I will deal with this store only. Keep up the great work.
