Very nice store, huge selection. Brian was very patient, well informed and answered all our questions. Their prices are unbeatable. Trust me, I know these things. I've researched beds for over 6 months. In addition, the delivery was right on time. The delivery men were extremely polite and courteous. They even asked our permission to speak in another language in our presence. This level of customer service is a rareity these days. I

We had a great experience buying a new mattress here. The sales person Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. When we came in there were other people shopping and he thoughtfully made his rounds making sure everyone was taken care of. Highly recommend.

Brian was awesome, funny, and helpful. He took care of us, helping us find something that accommodated for our comfort and health needs. And he worked hard to get us an great deal, which I really appreciate. He even found a pillow that my wife refused to leave the store without. She threatened to bite me when I asked to test it. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Brian took great care of my mother when she was looking for a new mattress. She had no intension of buying a mattress but he took the time to explain all available options so she could find the right mattress and base for her and she ended up purchasing a set the same day. Brian was super helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Informed us of our options and helped us choose what was best for us. It’s a little tucked away, so I’m glad we googled it instead of driving 20min to the mattress store we know. Brian was phenomenal! My husband and I have been struggling with needing a new, and larger mattress that accommodated both of our needs. He's a back sleeper, I'm a side sleeper. Sleep apnea has also been a concern.
Brian walked us through a process of trying some mattresses based on our initial asks around what we were looking for and then based on what we did and didn't like about them helped us find the perfect mattress AND a pillow that I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT. He might even have saved our marriage ;p

Brian was great. He s[pent a lot of time with me showing me the different options even though he know I wasn't ready to buy. He listened to what was important to me and showed me options he thought I would be interested in. I haven't purchased yet but will defiantly be bringing my wife by to take a look at our options.

Shopping for a mattress isn’t all that fun. Thank goodness it’s something you only do every 10 or so years. The wife and I shopped mattresses at a half a dozen stores and we kept going back to Mattress World Northwest. Brian was the best salesman we dealt with. Fantastic service from Brian. We came in with our two kids and plopped them down with tablets while we tested every bed to make sure it was the right one. Brian was so wonderful with us and our kids and made us feel comfortable with our large purchase. Got great pricing, a few extras and was told delivery would be in 3-4 weeks. Bummer, but we'll make it work - its in a factory someplace else, we get it. Bed arrives 8 days after purchase. Incredible!! We are sleeping soundly with fewer aches and pains. Fantastic bed, but mostly it was the patience and no hassle buying style that made us grateful for our better nights. Would absolutely recommend Brian and Mattress World NW.

Ordered a mattress, foundation and cover for my Dad who moved into a senior community. It was delivered, set up and the old one taken away. All within 24 hours!!! Emerald, our Sales Associate was so understanding and helpful. The two gentlemen that delivered Dads new bed were even kind enough to adjust the frame and put on the cover. May not seem like much, but it sure meant a great deal to him!!!
There are many other mattress stores out there, but absolutely not one better!!!!!
