Today is December 10, 2023. I went to the Verizon store at 1:00pm here and Manhattan Beach on aviation Boulevard. The gentleman that helped us my mother and I was wonderful nice very sweet very kind. Most definitely had an amazing smile and helped my mom out he went up and beyond 110% and beyond that HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I can give him more than five stars, he would get a billion 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Got exactly what I needed very easily, Jazmine was super sweet and so helpful getting me through the set up process!

Henry is the best at this location, very knowledgeable and patient. He knows his electronics and is always so friendly and courteous.

First of all I went to upgrade my phone yesterday & in talking to the sales rep Nate he advised I wait a day to get a better offer. So I already remembered why I loved this Vwrizon branch. Then when I came back today I got right in with Tyrone who was open. He was so personable & helpful. He looked for the absolute best deal I could get for upgrading my phone & then helped with all extra accessories. He treated me as if he was personally buying this for himself. He helped me pick the best phone, a case & carefully administered the screen protectors. Honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I also love that all the guys wear masks to be safe regardless of whether customers choose to. I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone who uses their service.

Just shopped at this Verizon store and was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service I received. The manager whose name was Larry Ford was awesome! Beyond helpful. Everyone there was lovely and helped me with all my needs.

Fantastic customer service here. Tyrone is the man. Bought an iPhone and iPad combo from him in May. Not only did he help me get a great deal at the time of purchase (AT&T couldn’t even touch the monthly rates with their own discounts), he also patiently helped me out a couple months later with billing questions, long after the sale. Highly recommend!!
