Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.

He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. I truly can’t thank him enough.

Not to be dramatic but Aaron truly made my day better.

I came to the Deptford store needing technical support. I'm not tech savvy. I received excellent help from 2 of your tech savvy staff, "Taylor & Kristel".They were so knowledgeable, courteous and resolved my problem so easy! Both Taylor & Kristel are strong assets to T-Mobile. I'm very appreciative.

The rep Aaron was very helpful with us purchasing our phone and Apple Watches. He was very kind, gave suggestions and got the job done efficiently

Good store, good service, the sales man Joe lolly I believe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my new phone activated and working perfectly in a short time. I am very happy. Thank you Joe for taking the time to answer all my question.

Great experience. We were there for a while getting new phones. Our 3 year old was losing patience and a couple of the guys working put Pokémon on the tv and watched it with him. He stayed entertained while we finished up. Great customer service!!

Parisha was amazing!!! She spent tons of time with me making sure that my replacement phone was properly set up and that I was happy with it. I was so grateful for her kind, courteous and knowledgeable help.

Today was T-Mobile Tuesday so we stopped in to pick up our cooler bags. Staff was friendly and quick.

I went to 4 other stores; Brooklawn, Slickerville Tmbile, Slickerville old Sprint, Deptford Mall and called Customer Support; no one was able to assist me nor cared to assist me and give me options with my broke phone. My phone was broke, and they couldn't fix. It was backordered with insurance and they couldn't use old TMobile phone to put in a sim card for me because of the conversion. The one employee Alex did everything to help me and gave me options. He was the only person that actually helped me and wouldn't let me leave until we were able to come up with a solution. Thank you Alex for great customer service!! I appreciate you.

Came in because my grandmother accidentally set a passcode on her phone and we were not able to reset due to her not being able to connect to wifi. The girl Anna was super nice and patient with my grandmother who did not really know what she was talking about. anna was able to get us a new phone and get us out of the store within 30 minutes. super great service!

Young man named Demetrius helped me. He was polite and very helpful. He did some sort of network reset and that solved the problem. It didn't cost a thing. That young man does a good job and he should get a raise.

The staff at this store are amazing! I was overwhelmed with their kindness, patience and willingness to go over and above my expectations! The magnitude of customer service that I received was unlike anything that I have ever experienced! Kudos to the staff!

My salespersons focus on customer service was excellent. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and surprisingly there was no pressure. There was absolutely no wait time. We were in and out of there in a half hour/45 minutes. Great location!

Well informed salespeople. Was knowledgeable on his products. Prompt service. Very polite. Gave good advice without trying to close a sale. They had lots of options. I've been there before & shall continue to go there.

Always friendly and helpful service from this location. Every time I visit for help, they always give me more than what I asked for.
