The UPS Store

This is a great location to send packages from. I needed to send off my Nintendo Switch's joycons to get repaired. They helped me package them carefully and send them. I really appreciated their help with this. Overall, this is a great UPS Store location!

Came to make some Amazon returns after work. The gentleman with the red hair was extremely kind and helpful! Thanks for making my long day better with your kindness!

Fast service.! Part of the reason is that they request you have your code ready before approaching the counter.

Me and my daughter arrived at this right at 6 pm. The young lady at the desk notarized documents for us and was very quick. The young man that was there was told he could clock out but he stayed and helped the other customers in line. If I could I would give 10 stars for the service. 10 stars for the professionalism of both workers.

After reading some of these reviews I don’t know what’s wrong with people. I have gone to this store for years and have had only fast, respectful service from the Morganton, NC UPS Staff. I have nothing to do with the business of this store, I’m just one satisfied customer. I hope people take some of these, one off, quick tempered reviews as what they are, temper tantrums that have not been thought out before posting. Everyone should consider that if things go wrong, everyone has a bad day or circumstances might be stressful at that time. Let’s cut each other a break.

Exceptional Customer Service. Chris, the manager, has ALWAYS provided courteous and helpful service. The other staff members reflect the same customer service. I have NEVER had any issue with this store. They go above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. They deserve 10 STARS !!!

The employees of this store are so courteous and helpful! I also appreciate their policies and the following of the Governor"s mandate to wear masks. The fact that Burke County has a very high Covid rate, this is one of the few places that I feel comfortable in doing business with. Thank you UPS employees for being so considerate!!

The store is kept clean and runs efficiently. I also really appreciate that store employees require masks and social distancing; that truly shows a commitment to keeping customers safe. I wish other stores in the community would follow their example.

Great store service and very grateful that the management at the store is enforcing mask wearing. Thank you for caring about everyone’s safety and health! Also, in reading some of the negative reviews posted, I strongly suspect that the only problem that these folks are really having is regarding the wearing of masks in the store and their refusal to comply!! I have been in the Morganton store a number of times in the past few months and have never experienced a problem with rudeness from management or any employee whatsoever! They expedite everything in the shipping process.

Staff takes COVID seriously and enforces wearing masks (correctly - over your mouth AND nose, the whole time) as well as limiting the number of customers in the store at one time. This is what every store should be doing. I'm willing to bet most of the low ratings/reviews are from the anti-mask crowd. 🙄

I'm in this UPS Store frequently and ALWAYS get exceptional customer service. When I ship pkgs, they give me options for quickest and/or least expensive transit, which easily competes with USPS pricing. The big difference is how easy these guys make it for me. I don't have to handwrite anything, tape all the boxes, wait in line, etc.

Came in right before 6pm and closing time but Sam was so kind in helping make sure I had all I needed for a notary. I travel a lot and this was one of my better experiences in a UPS store.

The staff has always been courteous. It's been pretty convenient having a box with them too.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They keep the line moving. Parking is a bit tight but hey, it's downtown.

I honestly have so little patience for mailing anything, but this UPS has the most efficient staff that still maintains a friendly presence. They’re my go-to for all business and personal needs.

I have used this store for all my returns and every time they were fast and friendly. The only thing that need to improve is the schedule on the door and the internet time. The sign on the door says open but closed same with the internet.
