Boots we ordered had a defect called customer service and they sent another pair had them 2 days later and they are perfect! I spoke with Susan and she was so pleasant and helpful!

Had a pair of tr350 start to tear after 6 months..contacted customer service and had a new pair of tr550 in hand in less than a week!

This is how BELLEVILLE customers service trate his customers!, I got a pair of Belleville boots MODEL: 333 from a birthday present this year, so finally week ago was ready to worn it out and so I find than one side of the boot was falling apart!. Then when in contact through the customers service but as easy way to say NO, they argument Year Manufacturing, and first Buyer, and ....., so I hope this help You to think about get something from this brand with that horrible customer representative. Where the customers isn’t the most important. Hell with that... worse than small business...
