Metro by T-Mobile

Went in for earbuds on my lunch, Tristan ended up helping me find what I needed. He also installed liquid glass to my phone and gave me a awesome demo on how durable it is. I was very happy with the enthusiasm and friendly engagement from the staff!

I gotta say that this review was well earned. I recommend coming into this Metro store and hope you get the pleasure of working with an employee named Tristen. Not only does he have an awesome attitude but he went above and beyond to help fix what was looking like an impossible issue to fix. I so grateful and glad for his help!!!!

I switched back to Metro from Verizon, what a relief in service, cost and customer service in store was superb. If you go to this location, make sure to ask for Noah. This guy was informative, honest and most of all willing to help. He makes me want to work at this location. Hands down the BEST experience I've had in a retail store.

I went in today to upgrade my phone. To say it was a wonderful experience would be an understatement. Noah the assistant manager was more than knowledgeable, helpful, and all around fabulous at customer service. I've had pretty crummy experiences in the past but the great experience I had today has me reevaluating my previous opinion (which would be how much a dreded coming in). The service was fast and you could tell it was an environment that was kept clean. It was also noticeable how much Noah took pride in his work. Thank you for helping me find what I needed and then helping my husband to. With that being said I would give every part of my visit a 5 star from customer service , to the cleanliness of the place, to the time spent in store. All of these I also believe to be a reflection of the employee as I've seen it not be kept as well. I literally cannot speak any higher of my experience. Thanks again for the help!

After going to several different stores throughout having Metro as a carrier, the Keizer location is by far the best. The manager, Noah, was incredibly helpful and kind. He spent time to make sure we understood our options and helped us make the best choice. 10/10, great store.

I just want to say that Danielle from the keizer store was so HELPFUL she totally went the EXTRA MILE and then some to do everything she could to help me she absolutely made my day

Danielle is a fanominal customer service representative I received educational information about 5g service and coverage she taught me how to use my phone and I loved her service I would truly recommend her..

Original purchase of phone was in Newport, Oregon. I wanted my old phone number "ported" to my new phone and was told it could take up to 72 hours to complete. I waited 5 days before going back into the store to find out why it hasn't been done. The sales rep said it was my old phone service holding it up and I'd just have to keep waiting for them to respond to the request. I left the store frustrated, but didn't feel I had any other choice but to wait. I lived out of the area and didn't feel comfortable leaving town without having any service so, on my journey home, In the Keiser area, I stopped at this store and explained my issue to Devon, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my phone up and running BEFORE I left his store. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills! I was amazed at his ability to multi-task with other customers needs while still helping me with mine! Thank you Devon!

I just want to say thank you to Noah, the manager of the MetroPCS store on River rd. Keizer, OR! This is a young man who truly cares about his customers, and it shows by his willingness to go above and beyond to assist every PERSON that comes into his store with the best courtesy and customer service I have seen in a very long time! It's refreshing to see such high moral, ethical, and humane standards in someone so young these days! I highly recommend Keizer Metro PCS to anyone looking into new cellular service, particularly anyone eligible for the new government assisted program. Ask for Noah, but if he is not available, he has trained all of his staff at that store to his standards, so you're sure to be treated well!

I had great service but my lady helping me was new. Her coworker walks around texting the whole time not even paying attention to help the new girl or even answer the phone. She had to answer it while she was helping me while her coworker walked around texting until I had to ask her to answer the phone because her coworker was doing it all and I had people waiting in the car.. I got excellent service other than that. Always do.

Tristian can get the job done right away I call that amazing service highly recommend this store for phones

Aaron and Noah are so awesome at their jobs.they hooked me up with a bassass phone..made everything so easy.they were cleaning and mopping when i got there..the store was so clean...really good at their job and funny too...great customer service..good job guys

The best selection of phones out of multiple MetroPCS dealers that I visited. The manager, Abi, was extremely knowledgeable about what could be done in putting together the best deal that worked for me. Her and Reuben even stayed late to make it happen that day (Friday night before Labor Day). They even made sure to have a phone on hold for me on the day I told them I'd be there to pick it up. The phone and service work just as advertised, and I think I'll be popping in for some of their cool accessories! I've already referred two friends there, knowing that they will be well taken care of.
