Came here because I had a replacement delivered to me by Ausrion and they couldn't even activate my phone which is pathetic. So after paying a deductible, I received my replacement but no SIM card. Came to this location and this wonderful associate, Johnny helped me with everything from activating, to answering some questions I had and recommended some accessories which I purchased. Very helpful, come here and ask for Johnny if you have any questions, he is your guy 👍🏽.

I go there every month. Today l bought a phone. They're employee was magnificent! I asked what her name was , its Diana.l could not have had better service. She helped me so much.She was pleasant , never once seemed irritated that l wanted her to set up so much on my phone.l really appreciate people like her. Yes the staff is Latina. So what? I am white Anglo and I had a great experience buying a phone there. But I bothered to learn to speak Spanish thru my life unlike most “Americans”
You all are standing on land that was taken first from the indigenous people then from the Mexicans.

Great service from the manager, Hu. I had issues with my old beat up phone and he went above and beyond to fix it. I was eligible for an upgrade and long overdue for one so I bought a new phone at a great price with no pressure to buy at all. Thanks Hu. Yoooos
