CVS Pharmacy

This cvs has always been very helpful nice and friendly to me. Thank you so much.

Extremely neat clean organized store. The two people that helped me for an above and beyond. Really nice experience.

When you walk in the door they're usually very polite I always say hello welcome to the store nine times out of 10 I can find what I need there because they carry a lot of pharmaceutical products that a lot of grocery stores in Walmart's don't carry the prices are higher but you can get what you want there you can usually find it you don't have to go two or three places last time I went there there was a girl there that I asked for help from and she went above and beyond out of her way to help me find the product that I wanted or comparable product to it I was very appreciative of that but that's just my opinion

There are some who work there that are great, and then there are some who really don't care or don't know what they are doing. I could be wrong as it might be CVS Policy, but if you want to find a Pharmacy that makes their customers do all the work and frustration just to get their medication? Look no further than CVS.
For instance, we know about the shortages of particular drugs in stock. So we request them 3 days ahead of time from our PCP, thinking they'd order it to be delivered and filled on the day needed, but they end up submitting the order the day needed and having to wait for 2-3 days after, totalling 6 days since dropping off the Rx.
On top of when they do get it in, we don't get any notification that it's ready or in process, unless we are on the phone calling them. I've spent more time on the phone calling CVS, making sure it's either there, it's being process, or making sure they've ordered it.

The WORST. Got my prescription sent there, I went to pick it up and the pharmacist didn’t show up that day. Lots of people on phones desperately trying to get Rxs sent to another pharmacy.

This has been a long string of awful experiences at multiple CVSs in the area.

Always busy short staffed ! Drive through never open ! If you go there make sure you pack a lunch !!

Appointments for vaccinates are not honored. If it’s first come first served what’s the point of having appointments?
