Inversion Cafe

I had the honey lavender fields latte with oat milk and they have decaf espresso, an electrolyte mix and an adaptogen bite. They do not currently have shots as the website advertises so that was a bummer but staff was friendly and the drinks and bite were delicious!

Loved this coffee shop. The ambience is great, both the girls were friendly and awesome. The coffee was great and i loved the healthy food options they have.

I love Inversion cafe and the studio. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. The food is great. A little steep price point wise for the size of the items, but when you create food with healthy ingredients it is to be expected.

I actually wanted to share my experience from this morning. I stopped by after a workout class to fuel up on something healthy to jump start my day. I opted for the kindness bowl, which is one of their acai bowls. I found out that they switched to an acai sorbet, which was an immediate turn-off because it makes me think of a dessert or a sundae more than a nutrient dense and antioxidant rich food. I was just appreciative the woman behind the counter told me in the first place bc I wanted to add pea protein powder to it and she told me it probably wouldn't turn out well. Then the other gal checked the label to see if there was a bunch of added sugar. While I don't know the exact amount in the sorbet, I do know it is at least sweetened with agave and not cane sugar. I think the marketing and menu is a little bait and switch bc it does not feel like you're eating a true acai bowl, but the taste is still delicious. Either way, I just want to commend the two ladies working who were honest and didn't try to hide the fact that the product was not what many of us are accustomed to when it comes to an acai bowl. It allowed me to enjoy what I ordered without feeling like I was ripped off. Topping were plentiful and yummy! Big fan of the macadamia nuts on top.

I Love this place from extremely friendly staff that greet you as soon as you are in the door, which is hard to find today. They are all friendly n helpful which is so appreciated.

I’m in love with bowls, which is hard to find in Jackson + another place here that does do them are way expensive. Love that you can make your own, Coffee tastes sooooo good!

Visited Jackson and heard great reviews about this cafe. The coffee and energy bites were both great. The space is bright and comfortable. The cashier and manager were both really friendly and gave us some great recommendations for other spots in Jackson. Definitely will be stopping in again when we're back in town!

Great vibes, great menu. The service is kind and patient. There’s a great sense of community—friends were coming in to great the baristas and families were sharing tables outside. We loved everything we ordered: matcha lattes, the turmeric bite, the salami slider, and the watermelon chia juice. It’s more expensive than typical chain coffee shops because you’re paying for VERY high quality ingredients, crafted by hand, fresh that day. Give it a visit!

All the people who work here are friendly, kind, and skilled at their craft. It’s the best matcha latte in Jackson! Also, they play fun music in the cafe to get the vibes up! Inversion cafe helps me start the day right. ☺

If you are in search of coffee with high quality dairy-free alternatives, Inversion is a great option! We stopped in and were happily surprised with the coffee and allergy friendly snacks. Great value, especially compared to other options in the area.

Outstanding coffee w friendly service. Ordered an american, brahmri latte, london fog..all were excellent. They also have some yummy power bites. We got matcha and goji berry ones. And our server Reese, she was uber friendly and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended!!!

My wife did yoga here and really enjoyed it. Larson and Jill were great instructors. We tried the kombucha on draft was excellent. We will revisit when we come back from vacation.

Friendly staff, great coffee, awesome pastries. So happy to come upon this place in Jackson with my family. Very cute coffee shop and want to go back for yoga!
