Friendly, helpful folks, and lots of selection in-stock. Recently had my check engine light come on, and an employee here read the code, took the time to help me figure out what it meant, and then directed me straight to a product that cleared the problem up immediately. Really appreciated the help, always nice to avoid sending a ton of money at a mechanic shop!

My boyfriend and I was on our way to Bryson city from Richmond VA (7 hours away) and we had stopped at 2 advance autos. The first advance couldn’t give me a good reading on my batter and alternator so went to the 2nd one and they told me my alternator was bad but didn’t have one in stock so we went next door to this OReilly and they had one for me. Not only did they have one they selflessly installed it for me at 8pm in the parking lot in 29 degree weather with no questions asked. I really Appreciate Mason who helped us out tonight! He really did go above and beyond for us!!!!

The gentleman at the store at 362 New Clyde Hwy, Canton, NC…Blake, CJ, Alan and associates were truly a blessing to my husband and I while stranded after RV overheated coming up the pass. Friendly, helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we could piece together parts to make our journey continue as what we needed for our alternator was hard to find. Their knowledge and care was outstanding and we are so thankful for them after dealing with other stores in the area, this crew has our esteem and recommendation if you ever need anything when passing through Canton.

My window was off track and one of my brothers friends he knows helped me out and fixed it to where it goes up all the way now. Then a few weeks before that they let me borrow a diagnostic test for free for my car to see what was wrong. Great people nice and friendly.👍🏼👍🏼

Awesome place to get what you need for your automotive troubles

Excellent over-and-above service by Asst. Mgr. Blake. On a Sunday afternoon, my alternator failed en route to Cincinnati. Blake chased down a tow and a Sunday mechanic to get me on the road again. Required many calls.

Employees are professional and accurate.

There the best O'Reilly's in haywood county ordered all kinds of things from there and there asst. manger Jake H. Is a great guy will bend of backwards to find any part and help you save money. I'll drive from Waynesville just to do business with them. Great place.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. A woman is not treated as if she doesn't know what she is talking about like some of the other auto parts stores.
