Roostercat Coffee House

I LOVED it here. The atmosphere is exactly what I'm always looking for in cafes. The coffee was great - I went out on a limb and got the monkey fist latte (which has banana) and it was so so good. Also, they had a vegan burrito which was great also. This cafe also sells art prints and some thrifted clothes which is great. There's plenty of seating as well. Overall, this is one of the best cafes I've been to !

The local oatmilk they have here is absolutely delicious, definitely worth the extra price. The atmosphere and ambiance is so chill and relaxed. I was able to get so much writing done and felt so welcomed by the staff. Will definitely be returning!

It was a Coool Coffee house; especially if you prefer antique places. The guy with the long hair who work there is so friendly and hard worker with a pretty smile.

The best chai latte in the US! Special mention monkey’s fist and lavender lattes. So many delicious, creative flavors. Extremely kind and cool staff, and the space has a simultaneously cozy and fresh vibe.

Unique little place with friendly staff and a really fun vibe. Lots of outdoor seating for nice days and a good coffee menu with some tasty treats. The coffee was quite good as was the hot chocolate. They make it hot without burning the mouth and I always appreciate that!

I am NOT a coffeehouse guy by nature. I wake up with ice water and orange juice I swear.

That said, I never cruise through Denver without reliving the great Roostercat memories of my Mile High time..... better than ANY chain spots by miles.

Even though i have nearly missed flights because this place is so great... I'm forever a fan!!!

Love this local joint! Very unassuming if you aren't paying attention. In the basement of a very distressed building however it happily surprised us. Love that they have a lavender latte on the menu all the time, very difficult to find anyone to attempt. Place is actually huge with indoor and outdoor seating and a wonderful local vibe with students and random live acts. Wish this place were closer to our home!

I think I found my new favorite coffee shop. The ambience of this place is amazing.
Great seating and great coffee. I loved the outside seating.
I plan on spending a lot of my time here this winter.

Very friendly staff. Great chat showing a genuine interest. The coffee was the best I had in 2 weeks across the US. Properly grinded and loved the taste. The place itself is actually surprisingly deep. Chill music, good amount of tables as well. Recommend for sure

My favorite coffee shop in Denver! Great place to study, work, or meet friends. The lavender latte was one of the best hot drinks I’ve ever had, and makes the commute well worth it!

Very nice and friendly local stop. Open patio with plenty of socially distanced seating. We came for coffee and breakfast. Their cortado is delightful as is the latte. Good food options. We tried the Breakfast jar massacre with yogurt honey and fresh fruit. Coffee is roasted just blocks away! I bought a bag of their Bolshevik Blend which is a medium strength Ethiopia/Sumatra. Custom ground into the bag. You must stop by! Woman owned and operated.

both vibey and chill and seemingly a good place to sit down and grind. liked the feel a lot and had nice indoor and outdoor space as well as coffee and food options. also!! they have take-home coffee syrups made in house, including lavender and rose!!

Roostercat Coffee House is the best, tucked away coffee shop in Denver. When you look for it, it's on the garden level! Try the Lavender Latte. Excellent choice.

The atmosphere feels cozy without being crammed. There's tables to spread out on, a book and reading nook, as well as a bar to sit at, if that's your thing. Great staff too.

From the minute I walked into Roostercart I felt happy. The atmosphere and decor intrigued me because they are a local business that is so openly supportive of other local businesses. Lined up along the wall is a wide variety of vendors' stands with their products on display for purchase. On top of that, the barista, Sienna, was a lovely human. She was helpful, kind, and friendly. You could tell she enjoyed her job. I told her that I wanted a sweet lavender latte, and she did not disappoint. My latte was scrumptious, and I finished it before I made it home. I will be going back and you should check the place out too.

This is worth your time…. Artwork everywhere….on the lower level …… brick walls…my chai tea had a smooth rich elegant flavor… large variety of flavored lattes… hot sandwiches… come explore…!!!

Nice little neighborhood coffee shop. Great coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Service is friendly. Place is kept clean and nice on the inside with good decor.

Dirty chai is my favorite caffeinated drink to get and I try as many from as many places as I can and still haven’t found one that is on par with rooster cat. Hot, half sweet half spicy and 3 shots is my order

One of my favorite coffee shops in Denver and a great place to stop if you’re heading to the art museum, civic center, or in town for a conference and want to get out of downtown. The rose and lavender lattes are perennial favorites of mine - check out the seasonal drinks too, I haven’t had a bad one yet!

The breakfast burritos are just what you want after a night out - plus they’re reasonably priced.

If you are heading over on the weekend mid-morning through early afternoon seating will be hard to find. It gets packed. There tends to be a couple tables open outside, but go in prepared to take your coffee on a walk.

I am finally back in Denver, where I used to live at one point in my early 20s. I used to visit roostercat on a semi weekly basis, mostly for their signature beverage The Roostercat, which is a spicy latte featuring cayenne among other spices. I am happy to report that after my long hiatus from Denver The Roostercat, both the venue and the beverage, were just as good as I had remembered them. If you are around south downtown Denver looking for a coffee drink with a little extra flair and a great flavor profile, the combination of a high quality roast and a seasoned batista at The Roostercat won't leave you disappointed.
