Great local place in Denver. Highly recommend. The staff are nice, knowledgeable about coffee, and talented. Their house-made syrups are delightful and seasonal.

The bakery that supplies the goodies has gluten free and vegan options.

The burritos are very good; I really liked the chipotle crema!

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I decided to order a mocha. It had a truly refined dark chocolate flavor. It reminded me of when I taste tested fresh cacao in the Dominican. Quite the experience.

Novo saved my soul on 6 mornings while on a conference at nearby Sheraton, where the coffee is rather bad, ruining the remaining taste in paper cups.

We had just visited a local restaurant for our father's 75th birthday. As we walked past this coffee shop we were enticed by the aroma of fresh coffee. We also were welcomed by the LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere they provided. The service was exceptional as we entered and ordered. Our beverages were spot on and very delicious. This coffee shop is located on the first floor and is easy to enter. Great patio to enjoy your beverage. Because the city of Denver is doing major construction on the 16th street mall, parking is VERY difficult. There isn't a parking lot or disabled parking and the street parking is hard to navigate. If you are able to walk to this coffee shop you will be in for a treat.

Followed my Google Review nose and went here for my first Denver coffee. Not a mistake! Perfect vibe, delicious Americano, and the baked goods look awesome. Wish I could come here daily.

Always have a fantastic experience here and lovely drinks here I mainly get chias but honestly love the coffee here too so many good flavor combinations to try.

Such a cute coffee shop right off of 16th street. All ingredients were well sourced, service was speedy and every one was kind. Got the two seasonal specials and highly recommend!! The coffee shop also has wifi for those who want to study and do work!!

It is the perfect coffee shop to walk to from Denver Hyatt Regency. I got a latte like I always do. It was a perfect drinking temperature, and the flavor was a light roast. As my sister explained, the light roast tasted like baked yams. I will be returning for some delicious coffee.

Located just off 16th street Mall, great local coffee shop with locally roasted beans and precision brew methods! Excellent spot to enjoy a Chemex pour over coffee with choice of beans. I selected the La Laguna beans from Nicaragua. Notes of Strawberry, jam, and fudge.
They feature a high end synesso espresso machine with three different grinds and beans. We tried their vanilla latte, which was smooth and delicious!
I recommend their breakfast burrito: eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Excellent value at $6!

Novo Coffee is an excellent, coffee-forward shop in the heart of downtown Denver. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and they are masters of their craft. I was happy to have daily coffee and breakfast here while I was in town for a conference. Besides espresso, cappuccinos, burritos, and pastries, I also purchased a cappuccino cup and two bags of freshly-roasted coffee.

Everyone in Denver should know this shop!

Came across this place while looking for a cup of coffee after a very long drive. I didn't think much of it but once I was inside it was great. The coffee I got was recommended by the cashier who was very friendly and worked with what I wanted. The coffee itself is to die for, and the food and pastries just as much. If it wasn't for the fact that I lived so far I'd make this place my daily coffee stop.
