Cody was excellent! He helped my mom switch from an android to an iPhone and set up an apple watch. He could not have been more kind or helpful!

Couldn't of asked for better service at this store. The young man who helped me was right on the ball, no worries.

Went in today and had a wonderful experience at the store! Josh was so patient and kind and kept the process interesting and fun while we went through adding my line, getting my new phone set up, and other things that I purchased as well. Overall a great experience with 10/10 customer service.

My husband and I each purchased new phones and had some complicated issues but our salesperson at Effingham AT&T Coby was very helpful.

Kyle was very helpful switching out my old iPhone to a newer version. He explained how the charging cords have changed with newer models and made sure I had a solution to charge from my vehicle if needed. His customer service was excellent. He was polite, helpful, and respectful. Thanks Kyle for a great experience!

Needed to ask about getting a new phone. I’d had mine almost five years and the battery wasn’t holding a good charge anymore. Got service as soon as I walked in the door and left fairly quickly with my new phone! Excellent customer service all around and they laughed at my dumb jokes! Win win!

The guy helping yesterday was very friendly and nice and willing to help us out and answered our questions that we had about a JBL speaker that my husband wanted to buy

Awesome staff!! Even with an hour wait, I still give 5 stars. Only had 1 staff member working but he was awesome. Got me in and out as quick as he could. Store was swamped and he got to me as soon as he could.
