I just started a little home business and needed to ship a few things. Each time I have visited this store the clerk has been so nice and helpful. He makes the whole process seamless. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for shipping or a post office box. THANKS!

This place is amazing! I called to inquire about a print job that I procrastinated on. I got all of my questions answered, and they helped me figure out what I needed. The turnaround time was *so* much faster than I thought it could be, and they delivered! Pricing was totally reasonable, too. Quality is great. Sticking with them for all future projects like this.

Kristen, employee of Highland Park UPS, absolutely went above & beyond with excellent customer service skills! She displayed kindness & patience when we made a mistake with our passport applications. She immediately assisted us in resolving the issue & we were able to send our passports out that same day. Kristen is a rock star & we were so grateful for her calm attitude & dedication to helping us out!!!

The gentleman who helped me this afternoon was awesome and he helped me get my box shipped and packed. As I was unprepared and he essentially prepared me which was awesome what a cool dude. Much thanks all!!

I really like this UPS store I generally always stop in one during my business travels. I was in the area for a business meeting and stopped in here to ship some items back home to Michigan. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous. When I walked in they were busy,but they made a point to make eye contact and communicate they would be with me soon. The customer service I experienced here is outstanding! I stopped using the post office a few years back and switched to The UPS Store the post office always make me feel rushed. No rush here! they helped me get in and get out fast so I could get to the airport for my flight. This is officially, my new favorite shop when I'm back in the area for meetings! I would be happy to recommend this location. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Great place! The staff here are wonderful AND they are so good with helping people. I was waiting in line to send a package and the person in front of me wanted to send a package, the worker went out of their way to find the cheapest way to send but make sure it was delivered by the time they needed it delivered. ALL of the workers there were so nice and helpful. I only go here now, even though it is a bit out of my normal route.
Great team, helpful ... parking isn't so great as this strip mall is super busy.

I had to do a fingerprint scan but the agency didn’t send over my information. The staff while in the middle of a rush was able to help me get everything figured out. Just about everyone in that shop at some point was helping me get my finger prints scanned while being polite and respectful. Everyone in that shop should get a pay raise.

Professional staff, quick service… I can’t ask for more. I’ve been to quite a few different UPS Store locations in Minnesota and this is one of the best. I very much appreciate the professionalism of the staff at this location.

This is a very busy location! Makes sense since it’s in the middle of highland. They are fast and efficient! Great experience!

On a side note Amy gave the best fingerprinting experience! Very kind and caring woman!

Lisa was a great help! She explained exactly what I had to do to get my return label for my package which is more than a call to UPS did. She went above and beyond which was just what I needed considering I was returning such a large package! Thanks!

Went in to get finger printed and the process went very smoothly. I was 20 mins early but was still able to get it done. I was in and out in about 10 mins. Kristen was very pleasant and patient during the process.

The workers were friendly and took a great deal of time providing thorough packaging for our valuable art piece.

It's my office, they know and treat me great. I can send files to get printing jobs in advance without needing to go.
