Call the store looking for an order and Megan was super nice to help me find my order she even took the time to call the galleria store that's where my order had been shipped to thank you so much Megan you're the best.

I wanted to leave this review for a person, not the store. Sasha deserves to be recognized. I rarely have the time to go shopping for jeans with my busy schedule as a mom but today I made the time to come in and she was my stylist. She not only was amazing with her service by pulling all of my jeans for me and an assortment of sizes she was so friendly. She made an impact on my mood in a positive way and made me feel like I was one of her friends. She’s killing it. Thanks, Sasha. I will be back! Thanks for making me feel amazing today!

I had a lovely experience; however dear Sasha, your glittery smile, the attentive laughing, and the cute stuttering lead to an awful mis information, Sasha had not gone in depth about hemming till I bought the pants.

I give her credit though because later on she was very attentive and trying to scam me out of my money after buying pants.

My wife and I went to Buckle looking for jeans for her to wear to work. Jiya helped us and it was an amazing experience. She went above and beyond to make sure that my wife had a great fit and was comfortable in each pair. We will be back just because of Jiya and her great customer service!

I walked in to browse, wasn't expecting to buy anything. Seeing me looking lost Emily not only helped find something I liked but made sure I found the perfect pair of jeans. She even went online to order me the exact size I needed. So much for browsing, I will be shopping here again.

Theres an employee by the name of Megan, she was SUPER helpful and very sweet! She let me and my mom know about the items that were on sale and also showed me some awesome jeans i look forward to buying next week! And to be completely honest shes the nicest person ive ever met in retail!!

Immediately I was greeted by Connor, the most helpful understanding sales associate ever! The manager even handed off a pair of jeans to him for me. The staff is genuinely interested in giving shoppers a dream experience! I am so happy I stopped in. Buckle at the Parks Mall is my new #1 clothes shopping destination. Thank you!

I'm from Houston and went to this location on a New Year's Trip. Great Customer Service and found a few items that I purchased. Great selection compared to the Houston locations. Too bad I have to go to Arlington to get great Customer Service and a better selection of Mens clothes.

Amazing personal attention!! I hate shopping for jeans, the young lady working the morning of 12/7/2019, was amazing, so knowledgeable about what they had and the style I wanted. She was above and beyond!

I hate this store. Okay not really but they have a lot of cute jeans & tops & I keep buying items from there. The staff are always friendly too-no matter which location I go to.
