The UPS Store

I’ve always had good experiences here. It IS a busy store but they have always given me good customer service; whether returning an Amazon package, shipping a package or Notary services. Sometimes I can walk in and sometimes I have to wait because there are a lot of people Achaea’s of men in line but they have always been efficient and courteous.

Good customer service is what keeps your customers and what brings in customer. I was here last week and the workers who work there were super attentive and helpful.
I would come back to this location whenever I'm in the area again

The team at UPS Store #2181 has an excellent quality of service and a high efficiency work ethic attitude, even during the location’s peak hours. This location is always clean and the products are always available on hand when needed. This location seemed to consistently be properly staffed -which is a plus if you’re in need of witnesses for your notary needs. If you’re looking for a phenomenal mailbox experience then you have found the home for your business needs right here. Respectfully, each staff member was my favorite, there wasn’t one person that I didn’t enjoy interacting with. They go above and beyond by making it a point to establish a rapport with us customers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting as the staff members are friendly and attentive, making every visit beyond satisfactory. I have seen staff members come and go so this location must make it part of their hiring requirements to build strong teams. I moved to Charlotte in 2020 and held a spot here until I moved out of state just a few weeks ago. All of my notary, mail forwarding, and simple conveniences such as checking to see if I even had any mail to pick up, was a simple and quick phone call away. If I ever move back to Charlotte I’d open another box at this location, without hesitation. My hope is that if quality of service is important to those that are currently searching for a mailbox location that they earnestly consider the Prosperity Church Rd site in particular. I often visit several other UPS stores but don’t go to this location because it isn’t in my home area. I stopped here because of an eye doctor appointment nearby and then goggle mapped for an UPS otw home. Service by Tia was fantastic. She was friendly and very helpful with a package that needed a box and label. I was wearing an eye patch and Tia offered to help me out to my car. I will go out of my way to visit this store again and would actually go past another UPS store to this one if I needed assistance with anything more than an Amazon drop off.

The staff are so helpful! I have a lot of anxiety about returns, and I had a lot of things to send back. I was truly considering keeping all my purchases that didn’t work out of nervousness. But I was immediately, cheerfully helped, and never looked down at for taking a lot of time and asking a lot of questions. I’ve been back multiple times, and I always feel like the ladies there have time for me. Best experience I’ve ever had!

I give this UPS location Five Stars based on the fact that I've been coming to this UPS location for over 5 years. I know they've had some staff changes like any other small company today, but I know the staff and the owner of the UPS try train new staff and try very hard to give the best customer service they can each and every day. I've witnessed staff members showing a level of conscious effort to show great customer service and to treat customers with a level of care to the best of their human ability, even though some customers were not treating them fairly or nice in some situations. I feel anything under a 5 stars review is not I really representing this UPS location fairly.
I come to this location a lot and see how the staff interact with customers on a regular basis.
I can only speak on what I have witness on a consistent basis.

The manager at this store “tae” treated me with such such genuine kindness and patience. She so clearly cares about her customers, and treats you like a person rather than a stranger. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable in her store. This is the only ups store I will be using from now on.

BEST UPS Store in Charlotte!! Staff genuinely care about getting your parcel safely to its destination and go out of their way to help. I can't say enough good things about the AMAZING team at this UPS Store!

I usually don’t go to this ups store but now I will!!! I went in there and this lovely lady gabby helped me. Not only did she have excellent customer service she was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what I should do. I was having a really bad day and she was the sunshine to put it in the right direction.Hope y’all keep her long term!!!

This UPS Store is the best UPS store I have visited. The staff (Suzanne especially) represent this store in a very polite, professional and knowledgeable manner. I visited this store October 2022 to set-up a post office box and street address. Suzanne had this all done for me in about ten minutes. If you are looking for UPS store that is ready and willing to assist, this is the store for you!

I cannot overstate the amazing customer service I have received at this location. EVERYONE came to my help when I started working on a large project. I emailed files, dropped off more files via thumb drive and added more pages over a number of days. The care the people at the store took to make sure that my project was absolutely perfect was incredible. Both Iciis and Tae personally assisted me and made sure I was more than satisfied with the outcome. I will go out of my way to come to this store anytime I need any of the UPS services. GREAT TEAM!

This is a great location. They STAY busy, but are quick and efficient. Jason went above and beyond to help me on a printing project and I am forever grateful!

I’ve been coming here for years and always have a positive experience. Today I had an eBay shipping and was really perplexed by the directions involved. Been years since I’ve sold anything on eBay! Suzanne was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable. She hopped right in the driver’s seat and made the process effortless. My stress instantly melted away, and my package was on its way to the recipient in minutes. Thanks Suzanne!

I came in 30 minutes until closing on a busy Saturday afternoon. The staff was overwhelmingly helpful and took such great care packaging my large shipment. I was so grateful. They did an amazing job.

I’ve been to this location a couple times this week and I must say the staff here is great! Friendly and fast! Literally was a one stop shop for me. I used the computer, faxed, mailed a letter and got a couple notaries done.

This UPS Store is the best! I needed a few more invitations last minute for my sons' birthday party. I spoke with the graphic designer, she took my ideas, and gave me 3 different designs to choose from. She then went above and beyond and made sure the invitations were ready for pick up when I got off work the same day. The whole process was quick and easy! I walked in, gave Mike my name, and he immediately had my order ready which made checkout a breeze. This store will definitely be my go to for printing! Thanks again!

This is the best UPS store I have been to. June 2016 we moved from Charlotte to Nashville. I tried several movers and packers in the Charlotte & Nashville market but their quotes were in $4000 to $5000s. To give it a try; we visited this store and had a brief discussion with Brian, the store manager. He responded very promptly and very friendly to our needs. On that day we got a rough quote for a LCD TV, Folding chairs and tables, Microwave, 2 big luggage bags of 50lbs each and 4-5 large moving boxes. On the day of shipment, Brian came down to pickup all those heavy boxes, Brian and his team put on extra packages and cushioning , weighed ALL the boxes and to my surprise, charged me very very less, in $800s as compared to other movers and parcel agencies. They waived off my pickup charges, that was a bonus. We got all those stuff delivered at the 3rd day early morning in a very good condition at Nashville.
This customer service won our hearts. I would strongly recommend this store for every courier, parcel needs. No matter how big your package is, these guys are there to help you.
