CVS

Well stocked CVS in the university area. I needed some help and staff went above beyond to help me. This location also has a HealthHub similar to a urgent care. I do some other reviews regarding the pharmacy but I can’t speak on that since they were closed when I was there.

Thank you to the pharmacist for being willing to answer my question and address my concerns. He is such a an amazing guy. I appreciate him and his staff for going above and beyond to assist me and other customers. This is the BEST community CVS ever!!!

Please give Tasha in the pharmacy a raise. She went through a line of like 30 people, using three different registers by herself. She was friendly and helpful and was in superhero mode. Very amazing experience.

These ladies work under staffed most days, but they never stop serving the customer with a pleasant attitude. Good job ladies and I hope you all get some help soon.

My favorite store, very clean and organized. I am able to find what I need and purchase in the self checkout. I love the coupons and you can use more than one during one trip when applicable. CVS is #1

As understaffed and overworked as this location is, the staff was still very pleasant and the shelves were clean and organized.

I am a typical customer, my prescription is submitted electronically and I go by and pick up. One day I came by to ask the pharmacist a question. The pharmacist, Kristin, took my questions and provided me answers or alternative to share with my doctor. That was over a month ago, I am seeing another doctor for the same problem and Kristin (pharmacist) recognizes me and put a note on the package for us to talk and her to inquire of my well-being. That is what I call WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!!!! Thank you to the entire staff and especially a great big THANK YOU to Kristin.

Pharmacy: I love this location; very friendly staff. I didn’t mind waiting a few moments for my flu shot; while they tended to other guests. I waited and watched everyone get great service! Keep up the good work!!

Received OUTSTANDING service on 12/19 when I needed an emergency refill after my epilepsy medication ran-out. Anthony (the pharmacist) and Zakia (who works in the pharmacy) provided that service to me and I am truly blessed to have received such customer service. Thank you so very much !!

I know your staff is under so much pressure with all the illness in our community right now. I am impressed by how calm and gracious everyone working here has remained in such a high stress work environment.

The girl who was the cashier today was so kind and nice. She asked me about my day. She did not argue when I said I did not have a CVS card.
