A year ago my parents had Covid. I live 4 hours away so called this Rite aid. The people at this Rite Aid went above and beyond to deliver products my parents needed.

Pharmacy is always using the phrase “short staffed” for their rudeness. You can’t get a live human to save your life. Will be having my doctor call all of my and my families scripts to another pharmacy going forward.

11/18 Lady at pharmacy was rude and said my prescription didnt exist. Then when I showed her the voicemail from yesterday when they called to say it was ready for pick up she replied with, “you took too long to pick it up”. Ignorant staff

Does anyone answer the phone at this store and pharmacy? The phone refill service cuts off. This is my second recent bad experience here. Switching to another pharmacy. Most prescriptions need to be filled in a timely manner and can't wait on this poor service.

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. Countless mistakes have been made on my families prescriptions. The customer service is awful. I have given them the benefit of the doubt in the past because they are short staffed. It's unacceptable. The pharmacist has a serious issue with listening, he kept cutting me off, and giving excuses. There is no excuse for bad customer service. Come on Rite Aid, You can do better than this. When my husband comes in the man literally has a different attitude. I have witnessed his treatment towards others as well. Please contact me about this issue. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities. We are supposed to be comfortable and be able to trust our pharmacist, this isn't the case. Also, this pharmacy never answers calls. You can literally call all day long, No answer!!!

The pharmacy is a joke. The pharmacist was more interested in talking over me than listening to me. I wish there was a better pharmacy in town.
