AT&T Store

My service during this visit was absolutely stellar! Unfortunately, I came in the week before and was not able to be helped by the associate on duty at that time; he was unhelpful, unpleasant, and disengaged. Luckily, I decided to give this location another try and was pleasantly surprised to meet The Dream Team of this location- Dee and Ms. A (sorry I forget her entire name, but she is a new associate and did a great job!). They managed to work with 4 customers during my time there and continued to give excellent service, good communication, and timely updates about where they were with each customer as they addressed the customers' concerns. Even though I was in the store for several minutes, it was always clear that they were working hard for each customer. They never got frustrated and remained pleasant through each interaction. I worked in retail for 10 years, so I know what good customer service looks like. Thanks to Dee and Ms. A for great service!

Isaac provided excellent service at this location. He was highly skilled, courteous, and personable, going above and beyond to help me with my complicated issue. He resolved it quickly and efficiently, taking less than 10 minutes to do so. I was so impressed with his professionalism and expertise that I have decided to switch to this location for all my service needs, despite it being further away from my home than the store I typically visit.

Korea is assistant manager at this location & she had wonderful customer service. I was greeted right away and she began to work with me to assist me in upgrading my phone, she also helped me pick accessories for my new phone all while having great conversations with me and maintaining an upbeat and pleasant demeanor. I was even offered a bottle of water while I waited. This place is amazing and so are the people that work here. Highly recommended!!!!

Issac was best customer service person I’ve ever experienced/received & he needs to be commended with a bonus pay!! He had so much patience joy & pleasure to be around!! He’s a great trainer!!!

Korea was an amazing sales rep to work with!! She was patient and eager to work with my sister and I, even staying late to help us with the process. She went above and beyond explaining details, making sure we got the best deal and ensuring our transition to new phones was as quick and easy as possible. Highly recommend her!

After having a terrible experience with the AT&t store by Greenville Mall my wife and I stopped here to take advantage of the Samsung trade-in promotion. The store manager Jamie and two of her store associates were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding all products available. This was the best cell service experience I've ever had and as a prior manager in retail it was a breath of fresh air to spend time at this location.

Great patience equals great help. Ms. Korea was polite and the only person in the store. After helping a customer she helped me with an almost impossible task. My problems were solved, I had a new phone, and she stayed 40 minutes after store closing to help me with my problem. I can only express my deepest gratitude with AT&T and your staff. 100% satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a new phone at AT&T in Winterville, NC. The representatives there were both friendly and knowledgeable. During the process of setting up my new phone they encountered a porting issue. Jamie and Jason worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Korea earned far more than 5-stars today; 10-star customer service!! She made the transition to AT&T painless and enjoyable. My daughter and I will be loyal Korea customers from here on out!

Korea was knowledgeable and very personable. She took her time and tried every avenue before we called for help. Apple ended up closing the deal by fixing it on there end but Miss Korea was a Pleasure doing business with!

Excellent customer service. Jason was very helpful. He was extremely patient and helped out a lot. He also suggested us more economic value plan than we had earlier. Very very satisfied. This store is very welcoming and would recommend going to this one even if you have to drive a few extra minutes. Thanks

Great experience here. Came in last minute and Jason and his colleague were very accommodating to my needs and was able to get what I was looking for within my budget. Never felt pressured and was an overall great experience.

I had an amazing experience with Evan tonight. I was switching from Samsung to iPhone and he walked we through everything with patience (because I had a lot of questions). He offered me a screen protector, case, and pop socket to help with keeping my phone safe and protected. He also convinced me to get the insurance. I had a great experience and I am so satisfied with his service!

The only con is the wifi was slow and that held up somethings, but other than that excellent service!

Isaac, the young man helped me today was Awesome and his boss lady. they took team work to an Amazing level. from now on, the Winterville, NC Location is where I will go from now on for all my cell phone needs. Thank you both for all your help...Blessings to you 😘
I went to the one on Greenville Blvd. 1st, the service was terrible, wasted over 30 minutes, for the guy to tell me he didn't have the phone in store at all, SMH even advised me not to go to the one in Winterville, as it would be a waste of time too. Boy was he WRONG...I got the phone I wanted and Amazing customer service!!!
