The UPS Store

I’ve been here many times in the past few years. The staff is always kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They’ve dealt professionally with other unkind customers. The services that are offered at the UPS store never cease to impress. My last visit was to return a Spectrum modem which I had tried to do at the Spectrum office but I wasn’t willing to wait hours. So I was very happy to take it to the UPS Store a few hundred yards away instead and have it taken care of in just 5 minutes. I’m very happy to have the UPS Store in my community. They’re a big asset to Harker Heights!
I had an especially pleasant, knowledgeable, and impressive young man helping me Friday, Hervey. He was outstanding!!! But honestly, everyone there is always great.

I completely messed up my Amazon return and Katerina was so patient with me. She took steps to ensure every item was scanned. She went through the qr codes multiple times and made sure everything was accurate. She never once showed impatience or frustration. She was so kind and I appreciate that kind of customer service so so much.

5 stars for Karen and the other ladies working! Went all over town to find a notary that would work with our circumstances. They were all very kind and patient with us. Even during a busy rush of customers. Thank you so much!

I received the best service from Rena, I was in Texas on vacation and needed to send some items home, when I went into the UPS store in Harker Heights the line was out the door, their were two employees working hard to make sure customers were taking care of. Rena took care of me made sure my items were packed correctly, UPS is lucky to have Rena on staff. Excellent customer service!

The staff was extremely helpful. Susan did a wonderful job at boxing up my item and ensuring it was packaged with the utmost care.

I came in to return Spectrum internet equipment and it was super quick and easy. The customer service was very helpful with clear and concise instructions.

Great service, they walked me through several things I needed to get done, printing, notary, and scanning.

Barbara gave me excellent customer service got me in and out in a flash and made the process super easy someone should give her a raise for how much she strives to deliver great customer service and your packages.

Katrina was very polite, informative and patient. She went above and beyond to assist my wife Susan.

The Harker Heights, Tx UPS location has the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve encountered concerning customer care and concern! I was greeted with the most beautifully warm smile from Katerina and received excellent care from her in helping me to print a document from my phone as I am totally non tech savvy!!! Katerina went above and beyond to ensure that I had the final product I needed. She displayed exceptional understanding and patience to which I am truly grateful and thankful to know that we still have people of this caliber amongst us! Also, I’m not certain of the name of the other young lady there but although Katerina was helping me she greeted me and gave excellent service to another customer as I was in there. I do hope UPS recognize the beautiful gems in the Harker Heights, Tx location!!!

I would like to give Rena 10 Stars! She’s a prime example of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE which is rare these days. Rena is always so nice and pleasant with a smile on her face every time I come to the store. I use this UPS store for all my small business shipping needs. Although I could go to the post office or any other UPS store I prefer to go to the one off of Indian Trail because of her.

We walked into the Harker Heights UPS and were greeted with Exceptional Customer Service! Made a quick stop at UPS and Rena greeted us, completed our return all with a smile and kindness! Simple gestures, like offering to throw away some extra stickers and patient while I organized my return. It wasn’t so much what she said more so how she said it. In just a few minutes, I gathered that Rena is a genuinely nice person at the core who really just wanted to help and make the process as easy as possible. Thank you for making my day!

A little wait but the ladies here were quick, professional, and fun. They greeted everyone that came in. Superior customer service.

Love this location and the employees. It’s gets extremely busy here on Saturday but Katarina and Rena was so patient! Rena is very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I appreciate it so much!
