I recently visited Kure and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff here, especially the new guy Justin, truly knows how to make a customer feel welcome. Justin was amazing at explaining the intricacies of various products, ensuring I made an informed choice. His ability to converse and guide me through the selection process was remarkable. It's not just a shop; it's an experience, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Five stars well deserved!

The girls that work here are so friendly and sweet they are professional and willing to take the time to go over everything and that means everything that you have any questions about not pushy. Just want to make sure that they get the right thing for whatever you’re using it for and just so fantastic I wish that, this place is nearby my home unfortunately it’s about four hours away and my husband and I were lucky to have found it there, so thank you Kure and give these girls a bonus!

I’ve been shopping at this location for a couple months now and all of the employees are very friendly and welcoming, highly recommend taking 10 minutes out of your day to stop in and see the products they have!

Been going in the store for 10 years, current staff are amazing. Very knowledgeable about there products, and I am always greeted upon entering the building.

The service there is simply amazing. I’ve been to many shops where they treated you like dirt. This place goes beyond when it comes to hospitality and being helpful. Always having a smile on their face and making conversation. I would give them 10 stars if I could 😊😊😊

I went to the Barboursville store. Jordan was awesome. Her service was amazing. She knew all about the different types. I got a Vaporesso XROS 3. It is a great device.

I always am a bit intimidated to go in vape shops as I always feel I’m being judged in them. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome, was greeted the second I stepped in. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to sample several products and was recommended a specific one (I wanted menthol not just straight mint.) I got the perfect juice that is clean and fresh and much better than what another shop sold me. I will be returning and giving all my future business to this shop!

Miccah and Maria were super fantastic. My glass cracked from a new vape I bought earlier in the day and it was 8pm when the store closed and I showed up. They stayed in until after 845pm to help me find one that fit since they were out of stock on the glass mine needed. They really went above and beyond for me and after close at that. Most shops close 5 minutes before they are scheduled to even close and I was just blown away by how great they were. They didn't care that they were supposed to be out of the store. They just wanted to help and have me leave happy. 100% recommend and 100% on customer service. These 2 rock!

I have to go with a 5 star rating. The staff here is always helpful an courteous. They answer all customers questions and will spend time with a customer trying to find the right eliquids and or hardware you're looking for. Give them a try!

First time in the particular vape shop, been to almost all in southern WV. I am a very picky vaper and I can honestly say this was the most honest, most affordable and friendly store I have seen yet. The two young men in there this evening were knowledgeable, helpful and weren't trying to just make as much money as possible. They wanted me to get a product I would be satisfied with. Also worth mentioning I got a new mod AND tank for 79$ 10/10 will be visiting this shop exclusively from here forward!

Excellent local vape shop. There is a huge variety of eliquids, and a good seletion of mods and other equipment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about all things vape. This is a great store if you are new to vaping. The staff is very good at directing you to products that will serve your needs.
