The store manager Mike is awesome, definitely better than the previous one . He was very patient and knowledgeable. The employees were very attentive and looked a lot happier to be there. From where it was to where it is now is such a huge improvement, and hopefully, the manager got a raise above the average salary for a store manager of 65k.

Nick was a huge help when my old phone battery was getting hot. Solved that issue quick with a new phone and updated my service plan. Always a pleasure to work with him.

We have been trying to get my service fixed and we have had the biggest run around from the Bastrop location and tech support but we decided to go to this location for help. We were meet from Destiny and asked if we need help. She fixed it within 20 min she had both phone lines fixed and working. She was really helpful and great people skills and great knowledge of her job. Wish you had more like her. Thank you

Anna is a BEAST!! Literally took 4hrs to set and switch my phone and she was so graceful, sweet and professional. While I had many questions about Apple, she knew the answers to them all. The entire crew was so nice and knowledgeable. This was by far THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at Russell Cellular!

If you at any time need to buy a need phone or just have a problem with your phone please please visit the Verizon store on Louisville in Monroe and definitely ask for Jordan!! This young man is extremely knowledgeable, smart and will fix you up fast easy and definitely will do everything he can to help you get what is best for your phone and accessories AND try to save you money on all your purchases! He is just wonderful and extremely funny and great people person!! Awesome Awesome experience with Jordan!!

My mother & I received 5 STAR SERVICE today! Jordan helped my mom get a new phone. He found her exactly what she was looking for & at a great deal. He had everything from her old phone switched over in no time. When we were ready to leave it started POURING rain. My mom walks with a cane so Jordan gave me an umbrella, I ran to the car & moved it closer to the door. He ran out, got the umbrella from me & then escorted my mom to the car. He truly went above & beyond! We are so grateful for Jordan’s help & his kindness.

Destiny did a very good job explaining the phone and patience dealing with me. In fact she multi-tasked waiting on others so that the backup was not bad. Very good attitude which makes the experience better for myself and others waiting.

Getting a new phone at this Verizon store is a delight. Jessica and her coworkers are so patient and courteous. This is my second purchase from this spot and both experiences were stellar. Each time the personnel took their time explaining new features and answered all questions with easy to understand explanations. I can’t recommend this this location enough.

I had been with AT& T for decades, but when I moved 5 miles away, they were not equipped to handle any account changes. After approximately 5 months, I went to the West Monroe Verizon store where a rude white lady with glasses told me I didn’t qualify for any of the promos I had been told about during my last 3 store visits due to my low credit rating of above 800, but on a hunch, I called this store and got Carley, who sounded very positive and competent, so I threw my car in reverse and headed there even though it was during a winter weather advisory to stay off the roads. I was not disappointed. Carley took care of everything. Couldn’t be happier! Sorry for run- ons.

Young and efficient, our salesperson listened to what we thought we wanted, and then showed us what would be best. She asked just a few questions but handled all of ours with ease; well done, Madison! Placed an order at the store and received our iPad two days ahead of projected delivery!
