There's a wonderful woman at your store and upper manatee River Road. She runs the cosmetic and her name is Kathy Cathy. She not only knows her products but she gives such attentative yes to her customers. She knows them by name and what they like. You have a 100% beautiful employee out of her goddess.

Omg. This guy has been so amazing. I am sitting here waiting my turn and the older lady is having some trouble. She can't remember the last 4 digits of her phone number and he is doing his best to assist her. Watching him explain to her how to use her card to pay for her items almost restored my faith in humanity. It was a really sweet exchange.

Last time I was here, I bought an electric toothbrush. The lady Cathy working here has awesome customer service skills. She has a lovely personality and down to earth presence.

The management and staff, at this Walgreens location is amazing. Tom is a fantastic general manager. The shift leaders are great and so helpful. The cashiers are so friendly, fast and efficient. This location is so put together. Pharmacy is always ready to answer any questions that I have. I love the entire staff at this location.

What would have been a negative review thanks to a young woman in the drive thru at the pharmacy turned into a 5 star review thanks to Ryan and his amazing customer service!

She was ignorant, wouldn't listen, was dismissive, and was flat out lazy when I went to get my prescription (too busy and insurance hadn't covered - I said I was paying out of pocket and nope...she dismissed me).

I sat in the parking lot and called the pharmacy, knowing my rights and the damage missing a dose of my meds can cause me. I can fight insurance after the fact. Ryan is a godsend. He was so understanding, empathetic, and quick to resolve what the young lady didn't want to deal with. I got my meds within 5 minutes of my call with him.

Thank you, Ryan! You deserve the recognition and a raise!

I came to this location today to buy some toiletries, as I was waiting in line to purchase my products, the customer in front of me was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. Without going into too much detail, the cashier Tanya handled the situation with grace. She was professional and calm throughout the interaction, and by no means got the treatment anyone doing their job deserves. Tanya then gave me great service and was kind, and I sincerely believe she deserves a raise :)

Always impressed with the pharmacy who works very hard despite being so busy. A special thank you to Ryan RPh who irons out oversights.

I love my pharmacist! I think his name is Brian. He went out of his way to help me find my medication when they were temporarily out. They all are quick and friendly. The lady pharmacist spent time with me on the phone helping me with my prescription questions without rushing. I'll never switch

Chris, in the pharmacy, was extremely patient and answered many questions about procedures without making me feel rushed to hang up the phone. He was very kind and respectful. I would very much recommend this pharmacy.

Convenience, availability and quick prescription refills. Friendly staff, not many people makes it perfectly friendly local pharmacy. Then you can buy all the necessities there as well. Ice cream? Check. Wine? Check. salty crackers? Check as well! Loving it.

This pharmacy is awesome. They really came through for me and took care of my prescription within 5 minutes of arriving.

Enjoy shopping at this store......friendly, clean and usually have what I want and need.
