Wow! These guys went above and beyond to help us! We’d forgotten a favorite bag with our favorite clothes in the laundry at the last stop of a week-long trip. We needed a box sent to the hotel, then shipped back to our Airbnb in SRQ. They not only looked up both addresses (when we had no cell service), they took the time to make sure all was correct and packed the box with bubble wrap so it wouldn’t get crushed on the way there. We were amazed to find our beloved bag and clothing on the Airbnb doorstep in two days! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service.

Everyone at this Sarasota UPS location is extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help. Also, always greet me by my first name.

The owner (Akshay) and his team at this UPS Store are always cheerful, friendly, and they really do a great job taking care of every customer quickly and efficiently. I never have to wait long and it is so convenient for shipping, notary services, print jobs, and scan/email.

I’ve worked in customer service for 4 years & I understand how crazy it can be sometimes, but I’ve always saw the staff with great workmanship & always kept their cool. I meant to write a review for this store weeks ago but life got in my way.
This is a fabulous store! The staff are always friendly and make me feel welcome anytime I've entered the store. They always wrapped my packages well and mailed them promptly. I've gone to 2 other UPS stores but this is my favorite! Thanks Akshay...they say it always starts at the top...

Had to get something notarized and went here. The store was small but clean and organized. The 3 gentlemen that were working on Saturday were EXTREMEMLY helpful and polite. They walked me through the notary process and helped me ship my paperwork asap. If you need something notarized or shipped quickly, this is the place to go. Thanks!

I really appreciate the customer service at this store. The store can sometimes be super busy but the employees are always in good spirits and are always courteous and helpful.
I can do everything I need to do as far as shipping, receiving, printing, copying, faxing, etc., which saves me trips to multiple stores in order to accomplish all of those tasks.
I really love this particular UPS store!

What an awesome UPS Store!

I won an item at an auction house in Sarasota, Florida. This UPS Store answered my emails promptly and were courteous and helpful. They picked up my item and packed it with skillful expertise. It was shipped to specification with great attention to detail. All of this costing less than the other shipping quotes I received. This was a wonderful experience!

I had the pleasure of working with AK on a shipment being sent to me in England. What a great service, polite, great communication and I couldn’t ask for better.

This is the best store ever. I live in another country and needed something shipped to me urgently by freight. I called this store to get information and was lucky enough to speak with the owner. He bent over backwards to help me and as the shipping company could not pick it up before the required date, this lovely man picked up my item himself so that it would not be lost.

Best UPS Store in Sarasota! The staff is amazing, and they are efficient and courteous. We do a lot of mailings through work, and this is the UPS store we trust with our shipments. I cannot say enough good things about Sara and all the others that work there. They definitely go above and beyond with their customer service.

Just had to do an Amazon return at this location and I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by the owner. He went above and beyond going out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Both he and his staff were exceedingly courteous.

I had a very complex (size and shape) and expensive antique to send to Illinois and another UPS stores wouldn't help at all, and, in fact, the clerk was pretty rude to me. I called this franchise and the owner told me he was sure he could help. He went out of his way to explain different packing options and, in the end, was extremely helpful in getting the item shipped carefully, well-packed and out the same day. Excellent service and, despite the very high cost to ship, this UPS Store proved itself to be the only location I would use for anything special. Thank you Russell.

Excellent service, friendly service.
A bit hard to see if they are open, as lot looks empty. As I looked, bad reviews were from years ago, however the service is really welcoming with this team!

They have great hours and open on Sunday although I recommend calling before coming on Sunday, to make sure they are open at the end of the day.

This store exceeded all of my expectations!!! So very optimally efficient and thorough in their approach to customer service. Akshay is exceptionally awesome and I appreciated their care. Must use! Beautiful location!!

The managers of the UPS store on S Washington Blvd are absolutely the best customer service professionals I have EVER worked with. I had a PO Box with them for 3 years. They always went out of their way to help me, would check my box for me over the phone when I was out of town, and knew me by name. The world needs more people like them! THANK YOU for being exemplary.
