I have been doing business with the staff at this location, Broadway and Pantano, for over 10 years. They treat me like I’m part of their family when I come in. They always say hi to
me and refer to me by name. Everyone who works there is very nice, very helpful, very efficient and very knowledgeable. I have always been greeted with a welcoming feeling.
I highly recommend their staff for all your logistics needs!!

I love this store! The people that work here are so wonderful and helpful! I’ve been going here for years. The girls are really nice even when dealing with butthead customers! They always make sure to ask if there is anything else I need help with before leaving. They have so many services to offer and is so knowledgeable in what they are doing!!!

My go to place for shipping any and all packages !! I go to this location at least 2-3 times a week and have never had any issues. The entire staff is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location for all your mailing needs.

Great store and employees! I've witness why some folks give such poor reviews. Word of advice: If you want respect and friendly service, try being respectful and friendly. It's that simple.

Always great service. They move quickly and accurately. Ive had a PO box here for years now and it has been well worth my money. My mail was always mixed up with other units at my apt and i never have that issue with my PO box here. All the staff is friendly amd happy to help.

Awesome customer service, going the extra mile! Had to return a WiFi router to century link and didn't have the return id. The staff looked up a form in century link's site that was then easy to fill out to get the code.

I visited this for the first time yesterday for Notary services. The ladies that assisted were all very pleasant and professional. The store was very clean, great social distancing measures put in place and all associates had masks on. They even had sanitizer available if needed! Thank you ladies for all your help and for providing great customer service. I will absolutely return to this location for future services needed!

The representative was nice and fast and answered all of my questions.

We needed to send a few pieces of art back home to Wisconsin from Tucson and we used this UPS store after visiting several shippers. The ladies here, in particular Casey, were thoroughly professional and customer centric. Casey worked tirelessly on our behalf when there was some damage to one of the pieces in transit. If I could give 6 Stars I would!

I have rented a box at this site for a couple of years. It is a joy to be not have to worry about my mail being safe about packages being delivered and saved for me and for anything that needs to be signed will be signed and waiting for me when I have time to pick it up. Yesterday while I was waiting my turn I witnessed how kind and understanding the staff person was to someone who did not understand the notary process and then how to effectively and efficiently mail out a package. Truly great store! Always helpful staff, quick to get my packages. Helpful with notary service or office supplies I need to purchase. The staff has been there for many years which should speak volumes. And they always go above and beyond if I have special requirements. This is why I have been using them for going on nine years!
