This game stop was my son and I last one trying to find a particular zombie game he wanted. This one finally had the game and the Travis was awesome. I had to call back today because of an issue. He remembered me and was so nice, one again, and very friendly!

The employee there was polite, helped my kids w/ their questions picking out some accessories & they are happy with them.🤙I also heard him assisting other customers w/ their needs as well.

I've been a customer at this location for a few years, it's had its ups and downs. The girl who works during the day (I feel bad I don't remember her name) is always friendly and helpful, and on more than one occasion has saved me from buying a dud game.

We have been to this location multiple times, and we only have good things to say about it!
I had an issue from an online purchase and they fixed it.
Had a question about Switch Cartridges, they clearly explained everything.
Another time went to purchase and do a difficult transaction that not all employees know how to handle/navigate, and they did it without batting an eye!
Would like to recognize the ones who went above and BEYOND!

Modesto, Travis, & Matt are the ones who we have gone to for help & purchases.
I am not a True Gamer, I go in for my Hubby 💖, and the team members here make it an enjoyable, fun atmosphere with Outstanding Customer Service.

They even clean the ceiling tiles!!!! Do I need to say more 🤣?!?!

I was visiting from out of town, and the girl who worked there was very helpful. in fact i got her name so i could give such a compliment. "Vanessa". she was very helpful and had alot of knowledge about the games inside the store.

Went in to buy my husbands christmas presents and the 2 guys in there were extremely helpful. The one guy even gave me some pointers on how I can enjoy the games too. I Will definitely be returning

Love GameStop is the best place to go shopping at if you need a new controller or headphones this GameStop is great to go shopping at the customer service is amazing and they are very nice and willing to help.

Great customer service they will help you get the best deals and value of products you buy and if you don't know alot about video games but your buying your kids something they will help you get the right thing and explain how it works.
