Great customer service! I have been coming to this Red Wings since around the late ‘90s. So I’m somewhat familiar how their shoe service works, as far as having your boots resole. So check this out. I work in Orange County. And live about 20 mins from this location(Red Wings Culver City). I decided to stop by the Red Wings in Anaheim(941 N Euclid St., Anaheim, CA 92801)

And when I asked them that I wanted my boots 🥾 resole. They said they no longer resole these types of boots. I called the manager out because I’m pretty sure he was lying. I didn’t feel like having a debate with him. I didn’t want to waste my time.

So I decided to come here and asked them if they resole these types of boots 🥾. Without any hesitation, Yesenia, the cashier, said yes. I also asked her that I wanted all the eyelids replace. She said “sure”. She is awesome!

There is no way to give anything less than 5 stars for excellent customer service. Their phone systems went down and I thought they had closed 25 min early because of the message I was getting. Having already been driving for some time and so close I decided to give it a shot. I got here right as the registers closed. I had tried to call to see if we can check out over the phone at least as it would be very close time wise, as well as what the best spot to park would be as I'm unfamiliar with the location and my 26 min drive turned into a 90 min drive from downtown.

Red wing corporate please fix your phone system. This caused a lot of troubles.

The customer service here is always great.
I purchased so far three or four boots with the dry wick Redwing socks. Good quality I wish they have shoe sale at times.

Got a part of boots from here. I had a good experience. Apparently they will clean your shoes and fix any stitches that come loose

Joy was our sales associate today and she was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We had to try on many sizes and widths to find the right fit and she was super patient and helpful. I hope all customers get to meet Joy!

I was visiting LA from NY and needed new boots and I didn't think there were stores in NYC. I headed to this Red Wing store thinking it would be open til at least 7pm on a Saturday but noticed they closed at 5pm. It was 4:30pm and I rushed over anyway. I got there at 5:01pm and there was a customer inside. I felt bad even asking if they were open (knowing they should be closed) but a store employee, Mike, told me it was fine. I was looked around, knowing I wanted a shoe I saw online, and Mike checked the system and saw they were not in stock, however, he suggested I try on another boot with a similar feel so at least I could know what size I wanted of the boot I was looking for if another store had the boot I wanted in stock. I proceeded to try on three different sizes until I found the right fit. Mike looked it up and saw that none of the stores had the boot in stock but one could order it for me. He guided me when I had questions about how the boots mold, and how one should proceed with wider feet. He even ensured I tried on the shoes on both feet since no two feet are the same - and he was right. Mike even knew there was a Red Wing store that had just opened in NYC and suggested I go there with a card he gave me that was the model number and size I would need.

From the start, Mike knew there was nothing in the store he could sell me because his store didn't carry the boot - no store did - and yet he went beyond the call of duty of helping me, educating me and providing outstanding service to someone who has come into his store when they should be closing up. In a typical situation like this, I would usually be turned away from a store and simply locked out. Mike not only welcomed me in, aided me, but provided all this help for something he knew he couldn't sell me. I'm looking at these other reviews and there are so many comments about the staff's knowledge and help and I just wanted to reinforce the - not only great service but - great care Mike showed me, and applaud his kindness and willing to selflessly help me.

The outfits and shoes I purchased from this apparel and shoe store made me quite delighted. Everything was of a high caliber. The staff was likewise incredibly gracious and welcoming. I'm grateful.

I used to shop at the Red Wing store in Thousand Oaks, but they didn't have a specific model of boots that I've been wearing for nearly a decade. My father was able to contact the Red Wing store in Culver City and send them a picture of my old, worn-out boots that no longer had the tags. The employee actually found the exact model that I was looking for. They were able to hold on to it until I could drive out to buy them in person.

The customer service was excellent at this location. I highly recommend this Red Wing store.

Perfect experience! They helped me find a great boot. Then after wearing it for a day and finding it felt loose they easily exchanged it for a new, slightly small pair. Can’t recommend enough!

I went to pick up my workboots from a cleaning and was pleasantly surprised not only by the great job they did, but by the phenomenal service I received by Yesenia. She is knowledgable, friendly and even went out of her way to give my boots one last touch-up before I left.

This place rocks for work boots. I have been buying boots here for 35 plus years. In addition they guarantee for 30 days. Talk to Sam he will take care of you. I highly recommend this location friendly staff and eager to help.
