Ace Hardware

The employee's were very helpful but the Alien Draft Seal that I bought is worthless don't spend your money on this, I called the company and was told that because I didn't order it through them I could not return for a refund, what a waste.

Big box hardware stores are way too big for me but Ace is just right! I looked everywhere from Joann’s to DrugMart for peg board. Not only did they have it but they were kind enough to cut it too. The Parma store also has the most amazing selection of grilling products and accessories. They have some unexpected treasures too from gardening to housewares. Employees are knowledgeable and kind every time!

Needed a replacement chain for my old poulan chainsaw, and some washers for a side project. It was better and no more expensive than going to HD or Lowes as i could have walked forever going for those items there. Very organized!

Ace hardware the new stores a great place when I couldn't find a 1-in drill with a half inch shaft left home Depot went over to harbor freight and still couldn't find what I needed and the man there said try out the new Ace hardware and God knows they had it... Thank you salespeople for all your help....

I've been to 4 Ace Hardware stores this summer....This store at Parma Shoppes was the best of all. Service! Staff to discuss projects! Screen replacement is top notch! and there is a thoroughly stocked home area with lots of fun stuff to buy.

Found items here that are nearly impossible to find locally including the big box home improvement stores. This store is always neat and clean.

Wow everyone here is knowledgeable and eager to help. I get all of my BBQ supplies here and they even have a window and door expert up front who with a 5 minute phone call saved me thousands on my beautiful new windows and doors. I love this place!

Had exactly the tool I needed in stock and at a great price.

Was in there this morning had a small plumbing project to do a gentleman named Tom gave me a hand made sure I had everything I needed. You don't get that kind of service at the big stores.

The Ace Hardware in my former neighborhood was awful.
Since moving here I ventured in because I needed a but more paint in the same color.

The difference in knowledgeable, courteous, even cheerful service was unbelievable!

I'll always come to this location!

This place is so much more convenient than the big stores and they always have everything I need plus I don't have to look for an employee to help me.

Amazing customer service every single time we are here. Every staff member is so friendly and willing to help. Aaron, Bob and Ron re-rang up a craftsmen tool chest for me to get me a better price. They then wheeled out the tool chest to our truck. Thank you Ace Parma for your excellent service. God Bless!

Ron is wonderful, I visited the store just to check it out.
He Explained to me the leaf blower mechanism and i ended up buying it
His customer service is exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

Good, old fashioned hardware store. Skip the big boxes. They have actual people that can help you get what you need and get out quick.

Cashiers always have a smile on their face and are friendly and helpful.

Had the most efficient and wonderful exchange with sales clerk Rebecca yesterday: she knew precisely where to find the item I was looking for and rang it up in the most friendly and speedy manner I think I've ever witnessed. Excellent job, keep up the great work!

Very nice store and employee. Chris helped me and we struggled for a minute trying to figure out this 1/4” screw for my cargo box. He thought of the metric measurements (which I didn’t know was a thing until today) and perfect fit! Thanks so much!
