JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Thank you to the heroes at Joann Fabrics in Thousand Oaks. I was able to order online (it showed that the item I needed was in the store) and pay online, and then they send me an email a couple days later when it was ready for pickup. I called when I was parked at the curb and they brought my purchase to my car. Thank you for staying open for all the dedicated mask makers during the coronvirus shutdown!

Best Joann store hands down! I have been to many! In California and other states and honestly it’s sometimes not a good experience. But the Joann store in Thousand Oaks is wonderful. Clean, organized, efficient, and such wonderful people! Helpful and cheerful - you can tell they enjoy their job. Hats off to the manager of the store - well done!

This store always has what I need. Rather it be fabric to refinish a door panel, glue for the latest project, or picture frames. You name it, they've got it. The staff is also always friendly and very helpful.

I'm so glad you can shop in store now. They have a lot of items on sale.

Julia has the most excellent customer service! She was so helpful and absolutely incredible. Took the time to show me around the app and how to apply coupons and specials. Amazing customer service

This store is so full of possibilities and promise. I love going here! The coupon thing drives me a little crazy though. There are so many and if you sign up for their mailing list you will get constant, I mean constant e-mails. Some odd things going on like the sewing machine needles are locked up as people steal them to give themselves tattoos ( that is what the girl told me) and they wouldn't let me have two, 1 yard pieces of material cut for a baby blanket as they say people return the material saying they cut it wrong.

We have been shopping for fabric here for the past 21 years. I hope they stay another 21 and more. I like their wide selection of fabric and other craft supplies. Their location is convenient across from Fallbrook Center. Their staff are nice. The bathroom can be improved, a bit on a funky side as of now, but the joy I get from shopping here is not diminished by it.

Love this location, even when it's crowded the line moves quick. Great friendly cashiers and stuff is amazing. Blake is the best coolest person that I ever had a pleasure to deal with!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The middle eastern employee, I didn't get her name, but she put in the effort to go the extra mile. Next time, I will be sure to confirm names before sharing post.. However, she was extremely helpful!! Great experience!!!

This store was great. Clean, organized, well stocked and well lit. The staff was great -helpful and friendly.
Completely different from the store in oxnard that was in total chaos, low on stock, and you couldn't get any help. I can't believe they are the same company

The biggest JoAnn fabric store I've seen. Lots of good merchandise for projects, outdoor and arts & crafts. The cashier was so nice to point out to me that the spool of thread I picked has a little crack at one of the ends, which will be a problem with the machine later on. Now, that's customer service 👍👍👍

Love this location, always get a great sale and a coupon on top of it!!!!! Employees are all helpful and friendly

The thing I like about this Joann's is that it's probably one of the biggest Joann's fabrics that I've seen in a long time. I'm originally from Simi Valley and the location out there doesn't have a lot of stuff to choose from but I can definitely say that this one is much more organized and has a lot more to choose from as far as the things that you are looking for.

I would also like to mention that the staff is excellent.

I went to JoAnn's because I needed some Super Saver yarn to make beanies to donate to charities. They had a great selection of colors, much better than the Michael's near where I live. I'll go back there when I need more yarn

Love joanns. But if an elderly women asks if there is a chair she can sit on. The response from the employee im sure she has to say but it is inhumane. Employee says sorry we dont have chairs it covid policies. If there are chairs for where you can sew in the sewing area when your sewing clothes. Im sure they have a chair. Point being, maybe that person feels light headed etc. Whatever. Idk there should be an option for if someone is older or disabled that needs a chair they should just give it to them no questions. Go in the back and grab them. Or ask if there okay and need water.

Claudia was AMAZING . I went in to buy fabric to make my own homemade masks (I honestly have zero knowledge about different types of fabrics), But Claudia was extremely patient , kind , quick, and knowledgeable . She had a smile on her face the entire time and answered every single question I had without hesitation. She made my experience quick, easy , and pleasant. THANK YOU CLAUDIA!!!

I needed canvases. Picked 7 for 25 bucks. Went to cash out and Jeff says, ya know, if you bring up Joann's online, you can get a coupon and get some money off this purchase. I did and he saved me 10 bucks, which in times like these, we need more than ever! Thank you, Jeff!!!

I love Joann's! The staff is very informative. When I have a question about any project, they know the answer and where to find the product.

I've been to many Jo-Ann Fabric locations from Nebraska to California. The Thousand Oaks, California location has had by far the best selection of decorating fabrics (drapery, bedspread and light upholstery fabric is what I was shopping for). I found good quality, good value, and a wide selection in stock, as well as a wide selection available for special order. I found the trims to be limited, but the fabric made it worth the trip to this store even if I went to another location for trims.

I've been shopping at JoAnn's for 20+ yrs. T.O. is by far the best store. I love Claudia, shes been cutting fabric for me for most of those 20 yrs, love her
