I dropped off a package return this morning and was warmly greeted by a friendly young lady! Not only was she professional but very kind and amiable. Good job UPS for hiring such a fine person. It reflects upon your management!

Brie and Ty are absolutely amazing!!! I choose this UPS over the other stores because I know if I have any questions or concerns, they are quick to answer any questions I have and put my mind at ease. It’s always super quick and easy as well, they take any kind of difficulty out of mailing or picking up any packages I need. Thanks guys!

I stopped in recently to ship out packages and was highly impressed by the knowledge and efficiency of the team member that helped me out. Bri was quick to assist me with the questions I had about package security for what I was sending off, as well as getting the line handled in a quick efficient manner. I have recommended my friends to this location thanks to Bri's work performance.

My family and I were recently in Spain when we ended up needing an international drivers license sent as quickly as humanly possible to us. The document was sent and when mistakes were made and delays occurred through NO fault of the store, the manager Randall did everything in his power, including sending the document a second time and spending a lot of time on the phone with UPS and me, to make things right. When we returned home to the Valley from Spain, they again contacted me to completely resolve the issue. In the future, I plan to use this store exclusively and will certainly let my friends and family know about my experience.

I stopped in last Thursday and was blessed to be helped by knowledgeable and professional staff, Brie and Ty. They made my shipping process absolutely painless and I will be counting on them and this location for all of my packaging needs from now on!

I can pick up my mail 24/7 and packages 6 days a week. They hold my packages 📦 as long as I need. They call me about suspicious mail and packages. They are great people.

I went in today to do an Amazon return. Ty and Brie helped me today and they were really nice and attentive and took great care of me. This is my new go to UPS location!

Most of these bad reviews are extremely vague and 1 even seems to be plain wrong. With that said, some good reviews are vague (mine included) but I'd have to say with my experience this store is fine.

This store is amazing. I had a quick project I needed printed and within HOURS it was finished and looked amazing. Jason went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative. Use this store!!!

I needed some simple papers notarized. We went in and we're helped immediately, professionally, and all with a great smile and terrific customer service. When needed again, I know where I'm going.
