Good help and military discount. Customer service is really good as well. Had to return a replace a few things, and it went quickly.

We always find more than what we need. We went in for drawer slides, came out with several clearance plants, & my husband forgot the slides, so he had to go back for them. Hahaha !

I had an online order that I only received 1 box out of 3. Wade helped me the entire way through. He was professional & communicative with me. I appreciate all of his help!

Keri Rowan the Asst Store Manager makes this store worth it! She is friendly, knowledgeable and very kind! She took the time to help walk me through my project and make sure I had all of the necessary tools to complete. She went the extra mile for me for sure. Thank you Keri!!

Lowe's is a great place to get your appliances and home repair goods. Wife loves the garden center. The workers are friendly and helpful.

If you go in with a plan, you'll do OK. Otherwise, you'll wander around aimlessly for hours, and probably forget why you went there in the first place. They should sell popcorn, a little treat, while you peruse the displays.

I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe’s and it worked great. I am so happy I removed all stains from carpets and my velvet sofas. You need to $30 deposit for rental and if you want to add upholders, you give additional $5. I think it is worth it to clean.

Gary in the plumbing department came to us when we were looking for a new washer/dryer set and was amazing. He is such a sweet man, hopefully we see him next time we come in.

This is the first time I've had anything bad to say about Lowe's but when I was checking out I had a really bad asthma attack. There was two employees standing there and neither one of them checked to see if I was okay. That's really bad because they weren't doing anything but talking!

I am VERY impressed with this store. The staff is very helpful & welcoming. You don’t get bombarded while looking. Huge shout out to Appliance Specialist Dave & his trainee. Dave helped us a TON on picking out what we need as a family, for a washer, dryer and fridge. He gave good feedback & guidance. Not to mention we saved more money with going to Lowe’s! They have awesome deals right now.

Mark in appliances was great. Don't like their automated phone system. I think it needs worked on because I called a different lowes & had no problem

Very friendly helpful staff. The store was clean and organized and its easy to find what you're looking for, and if you can't the associates are great and very knowledgeable of the store and the products sold there.

My husband and I went to the Lowe’s in Tulsa Hills (store #2756). We needed a large mirror, and the one they had on the shelf was broken. All of the others were up high on the very top shelf. While my husband went to find help, Jared walked down our aisle. While this wasn’t his area, he didn’t hesitate to help us. Victoria also came to help. Between the two of them, the mirror was brought down safely. These two individuals were very kind and helpful, and provided first-rate customer service.

No pressure from a bunch of sales people. I was able to get a great price on a washer and dryer and delivered for free in 2 days. LeAnn was great at helping us decide which one had the options we needed. Best experience yet at buying new appliances!

Again I was able to get help when needed. I have been so lucky at this Lowes getting help and answers when I need it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was during this visit.
