Last minute shopping on Christmas Eve, 15 minutes before closing and I had the best customer service experience at Tulsa Hills Target! Every team member I encountered greeted me with a smile. Two of them personally showed me where to find the items I needed. One of them did a price check because the item wasn’t in the right spot to ensure I was getting the right item at the correct price. From the moment I walked in the store until I was leaving they were acknowledging me with a greeting. Great customer service!

Been looking for this Progress Mediterranean-style Lentil for over a month and when I got there was none on the shelf. I asked a sale clerk if they had any she called the back and got me 3 cans.Good customer service.

Today I went to TARGET to make my seasonal purchase for my school supplies. I found everything I needed and more, from the shelves stackers to the cashier, their unmatched great customer service made me feel so relaxed. Everything went great. I checked out, went back to my car and then I noticed it. My reflection on the car window!!! I had left the store wearing a unpaid sombrero 😬😬😬😬. I had put the sombrero on my head on top of my baseball cap temporarily for it not to get crushed with the weight of my other items in my shopping cart. I put my items in the car and went back to the store, made a line with the same cashier. Let her know of my omission. Her softly talk and kindness along with a “thank you very much”, and sincere smiling , made me realize that TARGET and staff is not just another store, IT IS an extension of home. Thank you TARGET and staff. Y’all rock. By the way, THE SAVINGS WERE GREAT!!!
I bet that everyone reading this, knows that the savings at TARGET are always awesome.

I love to come visit my family in this wonderful town. This location continues the franchise's excellence with convenient layout and friendly customer service. I especially appreciate the offering of vegan chocolate bars. Mr. Frankie also provided a convenient checkout experience.

Went to this Target at 11:30 pm to get all of my last minute Christmas shopping done in one sitting. I bought 20 books and got a great deal. Costumer support was through the roof, especially from Jarek. Alhough it was so late at night he was so lively and eager to help. He even gave me a recommendation for a cook book for my great-great-grandfather!! Jarek made me feel like a valued costumer and I'll definitely be coming back!!!

Lots of great clearance deals on Halloween and Day of the Dead stuff. Christmas things partially out - looks to be many really cool things to decorate for the season. Not much Thanksgiving stuff from what I saw. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Convenient location for us (Tulsa Hills). Clean and well-organized. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy self-checkout process.

Did not have to wait in line for check out. This is awesome especially during the holiday season. Appreciate the extra employees to make it easy to get in and out.

First time shopping at this Target. Service was great! The young lady at the Drive up was very kind, knowledgeable & helpful; she went out of her way to help us. We got everything we needed - all in a timely fashion on a busy Saturday!

Nice store. I saw a few seasonal items I was interested in. I don't visit Target often. This store seemed clean and the employees were nice.

LINDA IS A LIFESAVER. I had an issue with staff only picking part of my online order and then telling me they were sold out. When I checked the shelves each time my item was there. I brought this up multiple times in the past only to be treated quite rudely.

When I mentioned my issue to a manager today everything changed. Despite my being upset Linda was understanding and helpful. She helped to resolve the issue and made me feel like I had been heard as a customer. I cannot aspouse enough how helpful she was. It turned the experience completely on it's head.

This store is clean, organized, and the staff are very friendly. The self checkout kiosks move quickly due to employees ensuring ease of flow. Also, there are usually several open lanes with cashiers, so the wait is minimal.

While checking out at Target I mentioned I was a teacher. My cashier asked if I knew about the teacher promotion happening for back to school, and I was not aware. She got me all set up and saved me $25! Thank you Target for supporting teachers!

Shopping at Target is a top tier experience. The employees 9/10 ⭐. The store itself is 9/10 ⭐. Just overall a great therapeutic experience.

Just my opinion, but Target (West Tulsa) has the best rolling shopping carts of any retailer in town. They roll smooth, almost glide, straight! No clinkers. Sometimes I think I shop there just to push their carts.
It gives them an image that says "We Care". Due to that fact, I end up spending more time in the store because their carts are NOT irritating - as a result, I shop longer and spend more money. (What a concept! Making things nice for the shopper). Kudos to the guy who takes care of them - he deserves a raise.
Also, the store is bright, clean and floors are so shiny you could eat off them.
Bathrooms also clean, no trash or toilet paper on the floor. It all goes back to "We Care". Congrats to management that has instilled this culture in the workforce.
Grocery is very helpful along with kitchen items. I love to use their waffle iron (Calpalon) - truly "nonstick".
And one more time, their rolling, red carts are great!

They usually have everything I'm looking for

Beautiful and well maintained store. My second visit and I will only go to the Twin Hills facility. Staff is very helpful. I actually spoke with a young man in electronics who to was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested. They are higher on somethings but overall they are competitive. I paid $20.00 more than the same item in Wal Mart were the people can only tell you what's on the box. Only 2 things I wish the had would be a real meat department in the Grocery side. The other is more check out personal. I don't do self check. Try to get a price corrected in one. Takes for ever because so many people funnelled to self check out. I Will be a loyal customer.

Ordered on line and picked up in store. Appreciated the streamlined process and the time saving. All went as intended for both parties. In and out quickly. Good product condition. Friendly customer service. Highly recommended.
