I saw the reviews and I think it's underrated for no good reason just upset people I've been going there for the past year and enjoyed every visit highly recommend 👌

I come to this store about 2 or 3 times a week and normally interact with Tania, Daisy or Briza and they are always helpful and knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills, would definitely 100% recommend this store.

I had really nice experience in the UPS store the specific location I really good customer service and is not as busy as the other locations that I have been. I had to return some thing and they helped me everything was going smooth like smoothie.

Went in to mail my package, scan documents and to get passport sized photos clicked. The store owner was very friendly and didn't hesitate to wait past the closing time to get everything done. Highly recommend this store and service!

Today I had really good experience with UPS store the customer service was amazing. I had to return some stuff from Amazon and I couldn’t really understand what to do so the lady was very nice to me and explained me step-by-step how to do this stuff and how it’s work. Thank you so much you deserve for the review because you gave me a great feeling. I highly recommend this specific location to anyone that needs to send some thing.

For years I used to go to a different UPS store in the vicinity and I was extremely happy getting notary public services there. But due to covid, my company recently moved and this location is closer for me now. At first, I was resistant to change. I thought, I'll go the extra couple of miles to work with the location I was familiar with. But one day I was rushed for time and so I went to this one instead. The service is equivalent. The staff are helpful and friendly. The notarization took minutes. So now I've made this location my preferred. It's convenient and close. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with UPS notary services and so far my experience has been that great customer service for my business needs is not just location based and tied to a specific store, but by the company overall.

I've been here a couple of times to have things notarized, and it's always been super fast and easy. They do drop-offs, shipping, notary, and prints. The only issue I see is that they have limited stock on bags/boxes/ shipping containers. I would recommend getting a box first and paying for shipping/shipping materials. Parking is small, but they have 2 spots just for UPS

The owner; Ghazi Jamshed, was extremely helpful. He advised on the right size of box to use for shipping, assisted with packing merchandise, and even provided the box for free. Will definitely recommend this business for it's excellent customer service.

Im here at least once a week for the notary and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great customer service!

Over the years I've visited multiple UPS stores for my shipping/receiving and printing needs. And, save this location, they are all virtual, cookie cutter facilities designed purely for the functional aspect of mailing, printing and related services. They seem to lack personality. From my experience, this specific site is the exception. This store happens to be run by a friendly and personable staff--in particular, the owner (Ghazi) and Farhana who often greets me and helps me out when I need it--who facilitate a very welcoming environment.

I'd say this is my favourite UPS store and not only cause it's close to my house but also because you get a great service there. Their staff is very polite and their manager Ghazi makes sure you leave being very happy with this service.

Went in to ship a package and Ghazi made it soooo easy, he was super friendly and nice and made me feel very welcome. I usually send my packages through USPS but will 100% be coming here from now on!

I take so many of my packages to this branch and the staff is friendly and kind. Very fast service. I would definitely recommend this branch to other customers.
