The staff was very good in helping me to choose birthday gifts. The young lady was very detailed about the specific scents. I chose some products that worked great!

Stopped in for big candle sale and as always the staff was friendly and service was fast! Excellent inventory of candles just wish they burned more efficiently. Small candles seem to provide more value and burn longer and completely than big ones but not bad for the sale price!

I took my 8yr old grandchild, and my 5yr grandchild shopping here. The employees were extra nice, and helpful. The kids had a blast smelling the different fragrances and washing their hands in the scented soaps.

It is a small store, packed with a lot. They always have some kind of sale happening. They have a small sink that you can sample some of the soap, by washing your hands. Brilliant because everyone now has clean hands while touching everything.

Everyone was super nice and they made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed our shopping experience 😁

I enjoy stopping by here every once and a while! The staff was nice. Right now is the semi-annual sale, so lots of items are up to 50-70% off! Some locations recently got their fall items, and they were on sale too! I got a couple of hand soaps / sanitizers for a great price. Personally really like the Pumpkin Pecan Waffle hand soap.

Love this location!! I had never been to this particular store before, but they did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly and not pushy like some of the other locations I have been to. Having anxiety, that meant a lot to me. They offered their assistance then left me to sniff every candle in the store. It was a great experience! Thank u!

Every time I go to this location it has a great variety of product. The workers are even better. They are super nice and helpful every time I go. I recently had eye surgery and the associate did the shopping for me (candle sale) since I wasn’t allowed to lift heavy. They them loaded the candles in my car. I will always drive a little further to the chesterfield location!!

I absolutely love the Chesterfield location because everyone gives great customer service. They are all so helpful and so nice.

The semi-annual sale is on and the place was hopping. The bins of foaming soaps were spilling over and the new fragrances were nice. I got a good assortment to add to what I already have at home, so I am set for awhile. This is my favorite BBW season.

This store is always filled with awesome new scents. They accept all your coupons and you can use them all at once without anyone trying to say you can't even when you can. I love how they have to store layout set up. It's not as crowded as some of their other stores so no worry of bumping into others or knocking something over. Plenty of room to browse and find what you want. Also the employees are very attentive in helping you find anything you need that you can't find. This is my favorite Bath and Body Works store for so many reasons. Great employees, big store and great deals. If you love Bath and Body Works you need to just stop at this location and look around. You will not regret it!!!!

I truly enjoy shopping at Bath & Body Works. I always find everything that I'm look for with ease. Quality and quantity are never and issue. Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores.

I shopped at Bath and Body Works yesterday. I went for the Semi Annual sale. I received customer service from Carla that was above and beyond. After shopping in the store. During my checkout process I decided I wanted to exchange one of the fragrances. The sales clerk who waited on me was not accommodating. I asked her could I have the lotion to Country Apple. She said I don't have it. I informed her that there were over 100 bottles at the front of the store. She offered no assistance. Then, I asked if she would radio/walkie talkie someone up front to assist. I replied, I don't have a walkie. She didn't try to get a walkie or ask anyone for assistance. So I only bought one item. As I was walking out the door a gentleman who works there and is always friendly, waved at me and thanked me for coming back. He was standing with Carla, I immediately said, I would've bout two items but the cashier would provide any assistance. He even had a walkie in his hand. He apologized for the cashier lack of service. Carla immediately said, how can I help you? Pick out the fragrance you want and follow me to my register
You don't have to get back in the long line. I got my lotion to my body splash and made another purchase. Carla, deserves to be highlighted. She even went to find walkie for the cashiers when I was leaving. My GOD brother was on the cell phone listening. He was so please with Carla's service that he complimented her. Then, sent text messages to his mom and sister to go make purchases at Bath and Body Works Semi Annual sale. They both were excited to learn about the sale and were eager to go spend money. Carla, thank you very much for your great service. Also, tell the gentleman thanks for always making me feel welcome at the Blvd Boones Crossing location in Chesterfield, MO. Thank you! Thank you for making my day!

I was very pleased to see the selections they have her hand sanitizer. They had both the gel and the spray in stock. Happy also that they are offering coupons again. Only had to wait about 10 minutes outside, worth the wait.

Wow, the customer service was amazing. All I bought was a candle the employee was absolutely amazing and well trained.
