Please don't go to this Metro PC store on Kitty Hawk because the guy that was there on 3-15-24 was horribly rude and he lied about the prices of the phones. This is why I gave one star, it's strictly for the Metro PC on Kitty Hawk only! The reason why is because after my horrible experience at the Kitty Hawk store, I drove over to the store on Pat Booker and a guy named Sam was awesome, he helped me make the best phone choice and at a decent price too. I will never tell anyone to do business at the Metro PC on Kitty Hawk, instead go to the store on Pat Booker, Sam will help you with the best phone choice and won't lie and scheme about the prices of the phones. The worst experience from a cell phone company. They scam you if I could. Be on the lookout when you have a service and ask for proof that they give you all the copies, not just the receipt. proof of the monthly payment they say you are going to pay. and when you want to complain they treat you horrible and say that the offer never happened even with proof that it did. The first time they made a mistake they offered me up to 20 off which I have the proof because they sent it to me by text. Besides, I had the help of ACP and they never put it in my account. I call to complain and they treat you as if you don't know what you're talking about. but I have all the evidence!

The time as showen on the website doesn't reflect or match the sign that they are closed at 7 instead of 8 like the site says
