My go to place for building material. Just wish they would hire more employees/"tradesman" with more knowledge of construction like they did when HD first opened. But until competition comes along this place will be my "place to go" !

I know is New building store but, I'm telling you that I love it... very clean place of course, also it feel like is bigger than others stores I asked to three employees about something and they were so helpful with a big smile... very nice thank you... I'll comeback again for sure.

Charlene in appliances could not have been more helpful, friendly, knowledge or just overall personable. She was patient with our questions (and our energetic boys), and provided honest feedback and guidance to help us with our washing machine purchase. Thank you!

Top quality store. Sales store helper, answers all my questions made it easy to get my items and cashier was friendly in and out less time than I expected.

Always a great shopping experience unless it is super crowded. Clean store and very clean bathrooms that utilize AI technology. Go figure!

I ordered the Home Depot Home Decorators Collection 7.5 ft. Elegant Grand Fir Pre/Lit Artificial Christmas Tree 2000 lights. The order arrived just as the store described. It is our first artificial tree and it is beautiful.

Nothing like a new, clean, and organized Home Depot to go and visit......go in for one item and walk out with 3 different items. That's how nice it is. The other location was tired and runned down and the employees kinda looked like it. The employees here are able and willing to help and go out of their way.

One of the employees David S. , who was located in the window department, provided a phenomenal service when I shopped at this location. He was so generous and attended to my every need. This employee demonstrates what depot wants in their employees. He deserves a raise for his work and dedication.

5 stars for the outstanding service provided by staff here! I came in with some difficult requests today. Each staff member was friendly, helpful, and determined to solve my problems. Christopher at the returns register bent over backwards looking up multiple lost receipts for me so i could make a return. Great thanks to Anil who left his own department to cut some lumber for me when no one from lumber was around. Kevin, front end manager, also went out of his way to repeatedly search for a previous purchase I made and print out receipt copies for me. All 3 staff members took extra time to provide amazing customer service! Bravo for a fantastic team!

Busy store, sometimes hard to find help. Depending on what store manager is on duty, if the store runs smoothly. Had lots of problems with pick-up orders from the store .. broken tiles, wrong items, missing items, etc

What a wonderful experience I had at the levittown home depot. The sales associates went above and beyond to help me locate an item. I honestly wanted to cry because they were so nice and helpful. Best customer service! Great staff.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel I should this time. I was at the Levittown HD last night to get some columns for my house and I have to say I was impressed with the staff. They were very helpful and patient and we were even greeted by other employees who were not assisting us. I’ve been to other Home Depots and there’s no comparison in the customer service I’ve experienced. I have to mention Richard’s name who went out looking for me in the parking lot to tell me he found an extra column that I was missing. He even offered to carry it all the way to the cashier and he was very pleasant and professional. This saved us a lot of time, gasoline and efforts. Well done!

Great place to shop when improving your home

I went to the Home Depot to get a piece of wood for backing in a picture frame. Everyone there was so helpful. They helped me select the wood and cut it to the size I required. I was not aware that they would cut the wood for me and I called to find out whether that was the case and they answered and said yes. There were probably a half a dozen workers there who came over to ask what they could do to assist me. Just a great place to get your material, even if you don't know what you need.

Was assisted by a staff member despite her being on break. She was kind and friendly and provided service even though she was going on break. Everyone in service knows the feeling of having a customer ask for something just as a break starts, she went above and beyond by handling my question and assisting me. If I had known she was going on break I would not have bothered her, but she was polite and helpful despite the inopportune question.
